Not an advisable place to stay
Pros:

Unfortunately we were assigned our room and when we first went to it the room keys didn’t work. Back to the desk and fixed; back to the room and opened the door to be greeted by the smell of mold and mildew. Turned our keys in and left

It was very disappointing.
Pros:

I like the location it’s very close to everything.

Cons:

The front desk lady named Shay. She had a large group of us waiting for 30+ minutes. A lady even called the hotel multiple times and another couple yelled down the hall for attention. And nobody came. Then we heard laughing in one of the rooms thinking it was a resident or something but no. Shay came out laughing and when the lady brought to her attention that we were waiting for over 30 minutes her response was “I know. I was helping a guest.” With an attitude. We were all very disgusted with this experience. And also our bathroom sink was clogged and backed up.

Pros:

The price was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to the highway. An excellent choice if you need a place to be for a working trip in the Orlando area.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like, but be aware this is a hotel for folks on a business trip or looking for a deal, so it is not the ideal choice for families on vacation. The site amenities are limited.

The staff and property were outstanding and I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great location and the grounds and property were kept clean. You could tell the staff and maintenance people took great pride in the workmanship.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Disappointed
Pros:

I have stayed at this property once before with no issues, that's why I was so disappointed with this room. This company could offer a few more amenities and continental breakfast options... very disappointed with that aspect. Hotel is alright but could be much better

Cons:

My room was unacceptable. Multiple issues with the room. Trash wasn't removed from the previous guest. Believe it or not, no COLD water! Not hot water but no COLD water. Heating and cooling unit ran constantly after I turned it off.

Overall, it was a very convenient and clean place to stay.
Pros:

Mostly everything we needed was in the vicinity of the hotel, very convenient.

Cons:

There were some work being done right above our room, seemingly like contractors work and they were working after 12 am on into the morning hours.

Clean but lacks customer service
Pros:

It was clean and conveniently located.

Cons:

Room had only a combo shampoo and no blow dryer or a staff member who could locate one. An extended stay these typical amenities should be an available. No plan to help find one.
