A great place to stay and enjoy this wonderful city.
Pros:

The location was phenomenal and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was included and had great variety.

Cons:

The staff were absolutely ridiculous. Too much hassle coming in and out with a register and door person who checks id and room number every time you leave or enter. Will not be returning

The staff were wonderful and it was a lovely hotel, thank you so much for accommodating us.
Pros:

Very true to the description and photographs. Air conditioning during a heat wave was wonderful! Close to amenities and tube stations. Lovely to have the Tower of London just around the corner.

Cons:

Stayed on the lower floor so could hear the tube but would definitely return.

Gut aber für den Preis nicht gut genug.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Suites waren prima…auch sauber war es.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht immer freundlich und die Damen vom Zimmerreinigung waren extrem laut…egal um welche Zeit, man hatte das Gefühl sie räumen die ganze Möbeln um.
Frühstück eher normal, bis wenig Auswahl
…nichts außergewöhnliches.

Super lokalizacja. Metro, linia kolejowa i autobusy dosłownie przy wejściu do hotelu. Bardzo czysto, apartamenty przestronne, duże, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna.

Cons:

Śniadania - mały wybór. Za omleta, naleśnika czy kawę z expresu, trzeba dodatkowo dopłacić.
