Perfect for a couples weekend staycation
Pros:

What I loved most was the room...followed by the location. The studio was amazing and my girlfriend fell in love with it...so we will be back again soon! And the location was perfect as it's right around the corner from the station...plus it's sooooo close to central London

Cons:

Our main gripe was that you had to come out of the building to use the gym...and that you didn't really have a spa facility with sauna, jacuzzi etc.

Comfortable, clean and modern.
Pros:

Fantastic spacious rooms.
Friendly staff.
Very quiet.

We stayed in the superior suite with kitchen. It was a stunning room with all that was needed for a 2 day stay and some. Not sure I have stayed in a better London hotel.

Cons:

TV's with access to online streaming........ and I am only writing this because it was the most pedantic thing I could think off.

Impressed, despite the disappointing check-in experience.
Pros:

All the staff were lovely, apart from the one who checked us in.
We were given an upgrade and the one-bedroom apartment was very generous in terms of space.
Location is perfect, very close to Tower Hill and convenient for London City airport.

Cons:

The member of staff who checked us in did not make us feel welcome. It was a cold and aloof start to our stay.
