Fantastic property, staying was super good and I will always come back.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, just at the Tower Hills and DLR metro stations. Very easy to move around . Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Sometimes early morning road traffics could be high

Nici hotelul si cu atat mai mult restaurantul nu sunt ee 5 stele

Camera spatioasa. Amplasarea

Cons:

Hotel destul de degradat, nu at strica mici reparatii, imbunatatii. Mai multa atentie la curatenie. Nu toate camerele au vedere catre turn si strada principala.

Cel mai deranjat lucru a fost la partea de restaurant:
- mic dejun acceptabil, dar acelasi in fiecare zi! Absolut nimic schimbat! Iar atunci cand stai mai mult de 3 zile si nu ai prea multe optiuni de ales , nu prea este placut!
- am optat pentru demipensiune, avand un brbelus cu noi, alegsnd astfel varianta cea mai facila de cina. Pentru cele aproape 90 lire platite/seara/2 persoana a fost dezamagitor. Si aici am primit acelasi meniu cu cateva optiuni in fiecare seara. Deja la a 3 seara mu mai aveai ce alege… si daca stai 2 saptamani acelasi meniu il prinesti.

Nice, spacious room in a good central location

Cons:

Noise levels were an issue. We stayed on the second floor, and the room vibrated whenever the Tube passed. As a light sleeper, this significantly affected my sleep.The bed was also quite uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well during our stay.

Понравилась только локация, не далеко от Tower Bridge. Но нужно учесть что тут шумно!

Я забронировала номер за неделю нашего приезда с детьми без предоплаты, написала им напрямую о возможности оплатить во время check in, на что они мне подтвердили. Перед вылетом я их набрала убедившись еще раз, тк я была с маленькой дочкой, на что снову подтвердили, что ждут до 20:30, в итоге прилетая в Лондон и мне приходит уведомление отмены брони, и такси от них, я звоню им снова, ответил парень, грубо говорил и тупил по телефону. Я снова забронировала на меньше дней чем планировала этот же отель, приехав туда они заселили нас с каменным лицом. Заселившись, я не спеша нашла другой хороший отель и с большим удовольствием съехали с этого отеля. Так что персонал не клиентоориентирован, обслуживание 0, я первый раз встречаю такой ужасный персонал, которые испортили первое впечатление о Лондоне! Пишу лично мой опыт с этим отелем, в который никогда не вернусь!

Fantastic - the upgrade was the icing on the cake
Pros:

Location next to tower gateway for DLR, Tower Hill underground station and on the doorstep of landmarks such as Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. We got the best upgrade to the top rate room as it was my partners 50th birthday and the staff heard us talking as we checked in.

Cons:

Coffee not topped up (but think this was just a small oversight - didn't ruin the visit)
