Pros:

Very close to tower hill station and staff is very helpful, bringing us drinking water to the room was so helpful during the heatwave

Cons:

The 2nd floor room we had faced Tower Hill Gateway and didn’t have any sheer curtains so if you had your curtains open people from the station can see in. Sheet curtains would make such a great difference ! Staff were great to change my room for me.

Confort màxim en una situació molt pràctica per visitar el centre de Londres

Great stay
Pros:

The executive apartment was very cosy and nice, clean, modern, nice design. Helpful and friendly staff, fulfilling all our wishes. The location is busy, but the hotel is extremely well sound insulated.

Cons:

The location was a bit too noisy and busy. But that's to be expected at this historic location.
