Great location, spacious room and very professional staff!
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience during my professional stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. What made my visit truly exceptional was the professionalism and flexibility of the staff, who accommodated my request to deliver breakfast at an early hour due to my fasting schedule. Really clean, lovely staff. Room was a great size and very quiet

Gorgeous, calm oasis in the city.
Pros:

This hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are so beautifully made, with a wonderful look and feel to everything. They are spacious and quiet and homely.

The teams working at Tower Suites are WONDERFUL! Always greeting with big smiles, always happy to help. Very friendly and professional, a difficult line to manage and they do it perfectly!

In London schläft man sonst deutlich schlechter, die Qualität im allgemeinen war gut.
Pros:

Lage ist super, 4min zur Tube, Grocery shops ganz in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist zeitgemäß modern eingerichtet und ebenso das Bad und die kleine Kitchen!

Cons:

Naja, Fenster kippen wäre schon schön gewesen, die waren leider komplett ohne Griffe. Das Schlafsofa war leider in schlechter Verfassung, die Matratze war wellig, weil voraussichtlich die Unterlage nicht mehr eben war. Das darf nicht sein in der Kategorie. Das Bett was wunderbar.

Für kurze Geschäftstrips nach London geeignet.
Pros:

Gute Lage (nahe DLR und Tube Station) und ideal für Geschäftsreise in London. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut eingerichtet und es gab gratis Wasser 0.5l und Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer.

Cons:

Gepäck beim Concierge benötigt Zeit um es abzuholen - i.e. wir checkten früher ein und haben Gepäck noch nach dem auschecken beim Concierge deponiert - beide Male beim abholen musste dieser unser Gepäck zuerst noch irgendwo abholen/organisieren was jeweils 15-20 Minuten dauerte ... wenn man es eilig hat (DLR, Zug, etc.) muss man das einberechnen .... Gepäckdepot wohl nicht im selben Haus oder etwas entfernt gelagert.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé en face du Tower Bridge, à côté de plein de restaurants, d'un magasin et à côté des transports communs. Les chambres sont très propres et la vue est belle.
