Cons:

The staff were not helpful, they wouldn’t let my friend check in even though I sent them an email after they asked me to when I was busy! They also needed ID - I almost never carry ID, luckily I had some with me but that was extremely inconvenient.

Pros:

For my birthday, they upgraded my suite, got me a card & chocolates. I have stayed here multiple times before and would always want to stay here again. Excellent location, amazing suites.

Pros:

Staff were so polite and the rooms were spacious and had everything you’d need

Cons:

We was on the first floor so it was noisy from outside noise and music from downstairs. It’s central London so it’s going to be noisy but if you have children with you maybe ask for a room that’s higher
