I paid for parking but then couldn’t even get a spot but after a complaint they finally waived the parking fee.. I went to the reception desk almost every three hours… it was annoying…

Room and location were terrific.
The staff were quite average:
1. we booked breakfast online and confirmed this by phone, only to have the front desk staff tell us they had no booking for us and wanted to charge us extra.
2. I also had a jacket disappear from my belongings in our room - on calling the hotel when I realised this in Melbourne, only to be told it wasn't collected and handed in by the cleaning staff - very dissappointing!!!
