Great Airport Stay!
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean, and the restaurant had a great variety of food. The kids loved swimming in the pool and the staff were super friendly. It was an easy solution to be close to the airport for an early morning flight with 4 kids!

Faultless service, room and bed. Great dinner and breakfast. All around perfect.
Pros:

My experience at Rydges was faultless. Everything was perfect from Check in to check out. Front desk staff warm and welcoming, I arrived 2 hours early thinking I would sit by the pool, but the staff gave me early access to my room which was fabulous. Dinner and breakfast also excellent. Will stay here every time I am flying out of Gold Coast in future. So refreshing to experience faultless customer service, thank you.

We had a family member put in hospital it was our anniversary i ate dinner alone and unfortunately my partner had yo stay at the hospital. We would love to come back and try again

Great location, very comfortable beds and good amenities. Staff were very helpful and lovely.
Cons:

Breakfast was simple but adequate. The sausages and bacon were a bit overcooked and the coffee was too milky. But it was a good spread of toasties, fruit, cereal and some hot food. it was not overpriced. Also had to request for shower caps as none was provided, and not enoug body wash,

Cons:

Unfortunately the roof top bar was closed.. but it was still advertised open… that was disappointing, as we had planned for a cocktail and meal .

Pros:

Facilities and service very high standard. Beautiful swimming pool to relax by, beautiful restaurant and bar on-site. Most importantly the customer service across the entire hotel is of exceptionally high standard. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Cons:

The beautiful large smart TV in the room should have all streaming movie apps loaded for fast access to guests. Chrome cast was not working so I was unable to enjoy watching a movie. Only Netflix and YouTube Apps were available
