Pros:

Lovely hotel with staff, food, comfortable but cleaner need more attention to detail
Pros:

Right next to the airport, bed was so comfortable, room was lovely, food was lovely, staff were very friendly

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was dirty , a grey dry residue like the sink had not been used for ages. And was definitely not cleaned .The fan in the bathroom stayed on all night and was noisy.

Perfect for flying out of Gold Coast Airport
Pros:

Our hotel of choice when flying out of the Gold Coast. Conveniently located, fantastic staff, nice bathroom and decor and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Nothing. Just wish we had more time to stay for breakfast.

Easy check in and check out. Helpful staff weighed my bag for me.

Cons:

Slamming doors,
The aircon started making a big noise, I thought it was someone upstairs having a shower, but it went on for hours. I had to turn it off at 2 o’clock in the morning. Bed had sand in it. No shower cap or pillow option
