Pros:

Chuveiro e cama bons. O quarto é bem agradável e ficamos em um quarto virado para os fundos, era bem silencioso.

Cons:

O café da amanhã é simples, mas bem gostoso. O único problema é o espaço. Um hotel muito grande para pouco espaço de café da amanhã. Dependendo do horário tem fila para pegar mesas.

I would not recommend.

The front desk staff was amazing.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was hair everywhere, and the towels were in very poor condition. Only one very small bar of soap was provided for both the sink and the shower, which is not adequate.
I informed the hotel at the time of booking that I am gluten-free and dairy-free. However, at breakfast, when I asked the waiter for lactose-free milk, they did not have any, nor were there any gluten-free options available.
The breakfast experience overall was very disappointing: there were almost no options, many items were empty, there was no staff available to assist guests, and there was no seating available.

Espaço para o café da manhã pequeno e pouco preparo para receber grande número de hóspedes, faltou lugar e alimentos no café.
Solicitado a limpeza do quarto nos 2 dias em que estávamos hospedados e não foi realizada, apenas trocado as toalhas.

Cons:

Cheiro ruim nos corredores. Aspecto de carpetes sujos. Travesseiros ruins. Sujeira embaixo da cama. O barulho do apto ao lado passava todo para meu quarto. Uma pessoa passando mal e falas altas. Recepção nao atendeu telefone a noite qdo liguei para relatar a situação desagradável do apto ao lado.
