Nao condiz com o valor cobrado.
Cons:

Cheiro ruim nos corredores. Aspecto de carpetes sujos. Travesseiros ruins. Sujeira embaixo da cama. O barulho do apto ao lado passava todo para meu quarto. Uma pessoa passando mal e falas altas. Recepção nao atendeu telefone a noite qdo liguei para relatar a situação desagradável do apto ao lado.

O hotel já foi melhor.
Pros:

Equipe atenciosa, café da manhã bom e a localização do hotel é excelente, próxima ao Vale dos Vinhedos.

Cons:

A limpeza do hotel em geral deixou muito a desejar. Estivemos hospedados por 6 noites e a mesma sujeira que estava no corredor quando chegamos continuava lá quando fomos embora. O quarto não foi arrumado todos os dias e as toalhas de banho estavam velhas e algumas esgarçadas, quase rasgando. Os lençóis não foram trocados nenhuma vez.
Já estivemos várias vezes nesse hotel e esta foi a primeira vez que tivemos esse tipo de problema. Houve uma troca administrativa e não sei dizer se ainda estão em transição ou se realmente a qualidade do hotel vai cair.

Já havia me hospedado neste hotel pelo menos umas 3x a uns anos atrás. Dessa vez achei que deixaram a desejar na limpeza. Chegamos no quarto e ao lado da cama tinha uma aranha gigantesca morta .. provavelmente foi morta e não foi retirada na limpeza. Me senti desconfortável de encontrar outra na cama ao dormir. Alguns funcionários passavam pelo hotel e nem cumprimentavam, dávamos oi e baixavam a cabeça e não respondiam, achei bem estranho.
