Foi boa a estadia, mas pelo valor, esperava mais.

O hotel inteiro tem uma cor alaranjada tão forte .No quarto a cor é bem desconfortável,meio opressivo/mal gosto.O hotel é muito bom ,decorado,mas com uma cor mais calma ,mais chique ,mais leve ,tornaria tudo mais elegante e mais agradável

Não permitiram o acesso antes das 14h, tinha que ir para um evento e só queria deixar as malas, não permitiram e disseram que estavam lotados .
Não tinha shampoo no banheiro .

Pros:

A localização é ótima para acesso ao Vale dos vinhedos. Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido. Ótimo estacionamento, amplo e seguro. Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou a desejar. Lençóis velhos, inclusive o sub lençol estava rasgado. Precisei utilizar o enredom e tinha cabelos, estava sujo. Os travesseiros eram baixos e velhos, pedi na portaria que cedesse um adicional, disseram que não tinha, mesmo eu informando que pagaria pelo excedente. O secador de cabelo era fraco e sem a mínima condição de uso.
