The location is perfect central to many places especially business hubs , loved the smell of the hotel and the staff was great

Location was great- we had a lovely veiw from our room.
A VIP experience laid on for our honeymoon. The team were excellent and our room was beautifully set up each day. We were even treated to a honeymoon gift which was really lovely. Spectacular views from the pool and a fantastic cocktail bar there too.
Totally out of the hotel’s control but as others have noted there were external building works directly opposite the pool area so not ideal for anyone looking for a private relax (though the hotel has set up shaded lounger bed areas with curtains which is a great workaround)

The place was very nice elegant the entire staff were very accommodating with any assistance i needed. The rooftop bar and pool top tier with amazing views spa was really nice as well.

The staff were brilliant, couldn’t be more helpful. We arrived extremely early due to our flight from the UK. The staff found a room for us to shower and get ready for the day.
Location was perfect, nice walk to the marina. Very clean, tidy and safe.

The property is in a great location with easy access to all parts of Cape Town. The views are stunning — from Green Point Stadium all the way to the mountains. The spa experience was excellent and added to the overall stay.
