Una experiencia agridulce
Pros:

La ubicación me gustó mucho, la temática que tiene de los estados, que puedo meter lo que quiera comer o tomar en mi habitación

Cons:

Hay mucho ruido, la mayor parte del tiempo sonaba mucho el timbre y en las habitaciones se escuchaba demasiado, la televisión debería de estar más actualizada para al menos transmitir algo en Internet, no había toallas de manos, deberían de poner más papel, no hay botes de basura cerca de la cama, solo en el baño. Las puertas deberían de tener un seguro extra por dentro. Debería de existir un servicio de botones, Deberían de cerrar el closet para que no entre mucha luz.

No teníamos agua caliente, tuve que pedir la clave del Internet porque no me la proporcionaron en la habitación, la puerta de mi recámara no tenía seguro/pasador y les hace un teléfono para poder comunicarnos con recepción. Si necesitas algo tienes que acudir personalmente hasta allá.

Las áreas comunes están muy limpias y bonitas

Cons:

La atención de la recepcionista es pésima, es muy grosera y altanera. No tiene actitud de servicio. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad y son extremadamente frías ya que tienen ventilación natural, osea, unas ventilas abiertas casi en el techo, que no se pueden cerrar. Las cobijas son muy delgadas y pasas mucho frío.
El estacionamiento está muy lejos del hotel por lo que tienes que caminar mucho para llegar con tus maletas. Si quieres salir, te ponen muchos pretextos para no molestarse en abrir el estacionamiento

La verdad el hotel está bien a secas, las toallas suficientes, camas cómodas, buena decoración en el lobby, salía agua caliente

Que no hicieron la limpieza en la habitación, tuve que ir a las 6 de la tarde que regresamos al hotel a preguntar, y solo así se dieron cuenta que no la realizaron, su solución fue adecuada al cambiarnos de habitación pero incómoda de estar moviendo todo de un jalón. La primer habitación tenía una tele con internet y Netflix, en la segunda no se veía más que el canal 6 porque no era adecuada para internet, y toda vieja, la tasa de baño pegadísima a un muro, la coladera destapada. Eso sí, solo una cobija bien delgada, no importaba el frío. Cero decoración en habitación, una terraza que más bien es su azotea pero buena vista hasta eso. Lo peor, tener que atravesar el restaurante lleno de comensales y que diario te ofrezcan mesa o te digan que se acabó el servicio y no te quieran dejar pasar al hotel.la iluminación muy baja en todo el hotel (calida) hasta lastimaba y pocos conectores en los cuartos.
