The staff provided excellent service — very helpful, informative, and attentive. They were friendly, polite, and always smiling. The room was very clean, and the staff were courteous. The food in the lounge was excellent. I will definitely return for the service again. The staff who handled the room reservation took great care of everything. The staff member named Shark was extremely lovely and helpfulness. He’s the best! Will recommend to the others .

We are spending 4 nights during countdown to new year. The junior suite room is splendid, balcony is huge and the sea breeze is refreshing. The room is brand new, all the amenities are top notch. The club floor’s evening snacks and refreshments are more like a light meal. Staffs are super helpful. We really enjoy our time here. It’s really a great start for the new year.

Khun Nanoon greeted us at the door - we felt like royalty ! Our room was made up perfectly including some towel elephants to greet us. Khun Tan came and greeted us too. She did a great job ensuring our room was cleaned and well maintained.

We were also well looked after in the lounge by Khun Nanoon, Khun Shark and Khun Fairy. The Friday night chicken wings were particularly “aroi” delicious 😋

Whenever we walked around the hotel we were “Wei” by security.

We enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa. Definitely one of the best in all the years we have been coming to Thailand.

Khun Ploy and Khun Peach are always an absolute pleasure at breakfast. Remembering room numbers and greeting us in and out of the restaurant. A special mention and thanks to Khun Midfield, perfect eggs and perfect English. Khun Cop remembered us and came to check we had everything we needed. Saturday breakfast was, as is always the case, exceptionally busy. It was wonderful though to see how hard the breakfast team worked together. A great job by all.

We also had an opportunity to do the wine testing - Khun Oreo went out of his way to ensure we had a delightful evening. Khun Ning was really excellent and the food and chat to Khun Knight superb.

We had a most quick and efficient checkout - no waiting for the bellboy he appeared like magic !

Our special thanks to the GM, Khun Peeraphol, for his professionalism, hospitality and personal greeting. We were thoroughly spoilt.

Great experience at Blue Marble—delicious dishes, stunning sea view, and excellent service from Ning and Jaa. They prepared a birthday cake and even gave us a 15% discount. Truly memorable!

I love this hotel and comeback for a several times. Great service mind especially staffs named Shark and Nanon. They took care everything with smiles.

Great service and impressive experience as expected from 4-star hotel.
Super comfy bed, beautiful view, clean room. The room has universal sockets and usb type-a. There’re desk lamp wireless charging and alarm clock with wireless charger.
Breakfast buffet costs 450baht. In the evening, easy to find local food stalls and there’s Lotus go fresh in front of the hotel.

Honestly… a hidden gem

Our Pattaya hotel was sold out, so we decided to try this one just 40km away, and wow, what a pleasant surprise!

We had no clue it was a long weekend, so our last-minute plan meant no Suite for us. Booked the base room and left the upgrade to the hotel’s discretion. Not only did they give us a super early check-in, they also upgraded us to a Premier Sea View Room. Sweet gesture!

The location feels secluded yet everything is nearby, and the view from the room? Absolutely breathtaking which more than made up for its tiny but cozy size.

Premier Lounge here is surprisingly good. We had access both through the room category & loyalty status, and I was so impressed to see the GM personally supervising things. Rare sight even in big brands! I shared some feedback to GM Khun Peeraphol at night and got a response early the next morning, says a lot about the leadership here.

We missed the spa (completely booked out for their promo) and the pool is small, but the view from it is unbeatable. The gym is huge compared to the hotel size.

The real highlight? The rooftop restaurant at sunset, just magical.

Fun fact: This Novotel is linked with Novotel Koh Si Chang (10 mins by speedboat from its private pier). The villas there looked amazing and such great value… but also fully booked. Next time for sure!

Oh, and there’s a complimentary shuttle to the nearest mall if you pre-book which is such a thoughtful touch.

Final Thoughts:

I’m definitely coming back & next time for a Suite stay and a few nights at Koh Si Chang

I stayed in the villa on the island, nice but pretty isolated and it’s costly to go to the town - 300 THB to 7-11 and another 300 to be back , ridiculous.

No shuttle offered whatever to go to the town area.

Staff were very nice.

Bed was comfy but very humid ….. why?
Because the bathroom is next to the bed without any partition

Sexy and see through that you will have no privacy at all, either toilet or bath.

Worst, no any single rail for cloth in neither the toilet nor bath area …. You will struggle not to be nuded :-) what a disaster design that i couldn’t imagine the brand Novotel would approve. So uncomfortable.

No slippers for beach walk so take yours.

Oh and turn off AC before bathing coz it’s cold

We are going to Leam Chabhang port and looking where to stay in town. We choose Novotel Marina Sri Racha as a good location for our purposes.

We drove a car from Bangkok and easy to access by the security who always gives us a good signal.

Check-in: we understand for a long weekend and busy day at the hotel. During we waiting, the duty manager was approached and did the check-in process very fast within 2-3 minutes . Special thanks to K.Tle, K.Khanun, and K.Ong as well.

The most important point we have to mention is that the Silver Moon Bar is amazing and great service by Mix , the best bartender who gives us all the details we should drink and try. He is good handling and good for up selling skills. Also, thanks to Bas,Jess, and Puen, for a great service for at night.

Breakfast: Busiest day but good handling by K.Peach, who always warmth welcome all guests and updates queues, also runs to clear and clean the tables.

Highly recommended to stay here for those who are traveling to Sri Racha, Chonburi Thailand, please. And definitely, we will be back again and again.
