Pros:

The staff were fantastic. They were attentive to every need and made the stay comfortable. Dulce was very kind to my wife and I. We arrived early in the AM and she provided a temporary room until ours was cleaned. Everyone provided top tier customer service.

地理位置好。员工热情友善，每次从外面回来都问我们需不需要饮料。入住和退房都赠送礼品。酒店设计很有特色，房间空间也大，是我整个旅程中最棒的酒店。

Customer service is EXCELLENT! The staff is extremely kind and attentive. I was amazed with the amount of freebies they provided during our stay including artisanal soap to take home, morning café de olla with bread and fruit, courtesy beverages and mezcal, some ground coffee from Oaxaca to take home, handmade bracelets for the kids and a hand made huipil! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Morelia, without actually staying on the main strip...this is better because it is quieter and a lot more private!

A little sofa in the room to lounge about would be nice 😊

Excelente servicio!!! La atención de las chicas me encantó, hizo placentera la estancia, todo súper limpio y las camas muy cómodas. Las toallas en verdad huelen a limpio :D y el desayuno muy rico.

Staff were fabulous

Cons:

Very hard bed. Allergic reaction to the sheets. Staff changed the sheets and put additional layer on bed. Still very itchy on the 2nd night. Must be the laundry detergent. No fridge, one hard wooden chair to sit on. Why have such a large room and no where to sit. No table. No coffeemaker or kettle. Booking.com says there is both. Breakfast was minimal- bun and coffee. No fruit but did have fruit on Friday. Luckily, we were able to move to another hotel. Staff were extremely kind and caring.

Un 10 como Hotel
Pros:

Pues salimos muy contentos por todo el servicio del hotel, especial atención Ana Paula, que fue la que nos recibió a nuestra llegada, pero todas las chicas un 10. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado al lado de la Plaza de Armas. Puedes desayunas en el mismo hotel. Camas confortables y baño amplio. Sin duda volvería. GRACIAS

Un oasis en el paraiso

Este hotel es un tesoro que espero que siga así durante mucho años, desde el momento que entras en él te sientes especial, el trato del personal es insuperable, cualquier problema o duda te lo solucionan en un instante. Seguramente de las mejores estancias que he tenido jamás en un hotel por todo el mundo. Muchas felicidades y espero poder volver pronto.
