Exceptional stay, Exceptional staff, room and location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. I've travelled extensively and this team was among the best! I hope the company is treating these ladies well! The room was great as well. Excellent shower, AC and it was very quiet. The location was just a block off Plaza de Armas and in the middle of the historic city center, just minutes from everything.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic. They were attentive to every need and made the stay comfortable. Dulce was very kind to my wife and I. We arrived early in the AM and she provided a temporary room until ours was cleaned. Everyone provided top tier customer service.

Customer service is EXCELLENT! The staff is extremely kind and attentive. I was amazed with the amount of freebies they provided during our stay including artisanal soap to take home, morning café de olla with bread and fruit, courtesy beverages and mezcal, some ground coffee from Oaxaca to take home, handmade bracelets for the kids and a hand made huipil! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Morelia, without actually staying on the main strip...this is better because it is quieter and a lot more private!

Cons:

A little sofa in the room to lounge about would be nice 😊
