El personal fue super amable, muy atentos. Y la estancia fue excelente. Es céntrico. Muy bonito y muy cómodo

Cons:

Lo único que no me encantó fue la situación de que no cuentan con estacionamiento propio y como esta en el centro de la ciudad, si dificulta un poco la situación. De ahí en más super recomendable

Una estancia familiar excelente en Morelia, con un servicio de primera, habitaciones comodísimas y una ubicación céntric

¡Nos encantó todo! Fue una estancia familiar maravillosa. La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento y la habitación resultó ser sumamente cómoda y perfecta para un buen descanso.
Un punto muy a favor es que incluye un desayuno ligero, ideal para iniciar el día con energía antes de salir a recorrer la ciudad. Además, la ubicación es simplemente inmejorable: está en pleno centro, por lo que pudimos llegar caminando a los principales atractivos turísticos, dejar el coche guardado y olvidarnos del tráfico.
Es un lugar 100% recomendable al que sin duda volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Morelia.

Cons:

¡Nada en absoluto! Todo estuvo excelente, superó nuestras expectativas y no tuvimos ninguna queja durante toda la estancia.

The hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful and very well kept. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job with the rooms and keeping everything on hand with us. The hotel was great, but the staff made the experience so much better. They always had all the items we needed and helped us whenever asked. We were greeted and provided with drinks every time we walked into the hotel. They were super friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our whole stay.

Pros:

The staff were very very friendly and attentive! The overall design of the hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very clean. The free continental breakfast was delicious as well. I have no bad things to say about my stay or the hotel!
