Gute Lage, um direkt vom Hotel aus Wandern zu gehen. Danach kann man gut in der Sauna, Whirlpool innen/außen oder im Schwimmbecken relaxen. Somit ist der Aufenthalt auch bei regnerischen Tagen abwechslungsreich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und üppig.
Bei der Anreise mit dem Auto sind die letzten Meter etwas holprig.

Das Hotel steht in einem touristischen Komplex, der sich offensichtlich noch im Ausbau befindet. Die Zufahrtstraße ist evtl. aus Baugründen stark mitgenommen und nur mit äußerster Vorsicht zu befahren. Das Hotel an sich ist aber Spitze. V.a. für Familien mit Kleinkindern.

Fantastiskt vackert beläget, utmärkt service utomordentligt rent. Trevlig personal. Frukosten är bland den bästa i Polen och middagen var fantastisk. Bekväma sängar stora rum. Kids club för barnen var utmärkt

Ein sehr schönes, unaufgeregtes Hotel. Der Pool und die Saunen waren wirklich entspannend und das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Zum Frühstück konnte man sich zusätzlich noch verschiedene Eierspeisen ohne Extragebühr bestellen. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer. Ich habe beide Schlafgelegenheiten ausprobiert. Die Schlafsessel waren genau so bequem wie das Bett.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids and enjoyed a lot our stay!

Room- The superior suite was very spacious and clean and perfect for a family stay

Food- we booked half pension and enjoyed the food a lot. It was fresh and high quality. each one can find something they like. In the morning there is also additional a la carte for some dishes.

Kids playroom - was a good addition where kids could play and interact with other kids. During summer holidays kids enjoyed the evening activities with a variety of themes.

The swimming pool - was nice and clean, kids loved it, also we, especially the big jacuzzi area. The slide was a great addition! They had some floating accessories for kids if you forgot to bring them, which you can borrow.

Parking- for 7 nights there we paid an additional almost 100€ which was a bit annoying since you don't have other options for parking. This was quite an expensive addition just for parking. Wish it was included in the room cost.

Service- was great from the restaurant to reception and room service. Everyone was kind and nice.

One disadvantage to note- the road to the hotel was not appropriate for this kind of hotel level, I would expect some investment here (see photo)

Overall, we would recommend it!

Great hotel & spa! Hard to reach on the phone.
Pros:

A really lovely hotel a short ride away from the town center. Great views from breakfast and excellent rooms. I did have trouble getting the front desk to answer the phone and it took a while to find a taxi. I suggest booking a taxi ahead of time if you don’t have a car. Staff were friendly and helpful otherwise!
