It was ok. Nothing luxury at all. Just free coffee

Cons:

The room had some cosmetic issues. No working laundry nor gym. We stayed during the ice, so 2 or 3 days there was no housekeeping available. I understand the safety of the workers, so no blame to them. I feel that the hotel could have given a discount or something tho.

The beds are clean

Cons:

I had to wear my shoes the entire time because the carpet is sticky.
They have a big cafe area that looks like they serve breakfast but they only have bad coffee
The bullet proof glass in front of the front desk was unearving
There were men loitering in the parking lot

It was comfortable but the room I had was very noisy during the day.

Very easy to find and clean! Very polite staff.

Cons:

The rooms on the ends at the bottom echo all the noises from outside and inside the hotel.

My stay was terrible because of the noise and it felt unsafe
Cons:

The room wasn't clean and the noise was really bad all night long . It sounded like teenagers fighting and partying inside and outside. It was horrible

When making the reservation for my stay, I requested a room on the first floor. The person I spoke to promised I was going to be. I arrived and my room was on the 3rd floor! I was so disappointed!! Ugh

It’s not to far from where I needed to go.
