La tranquilidad, seguridad, limpieza y la atención tan cálida y eficiente del personal.

Cons:

Podría estar un poco más accesible (mejores avenidas).

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, pues está en las afueras de Tlayacapan permitiendo estar lejos del bullicio.
Los anfitriones son muy amables y siempre atentos.
¡Las gallinas libres, fue muy hermoso verlas tan contentas! 🙏

Cons:

Desafortunadamente coincidimos con otros huéspedes que tenían una bocina con música a todo volumen y eso no nos permitió disfrutar de la alberca ni de las instalaciones, generando una contaminación auditiva terrible. Es importante establecer normas para la convivencia en las áreas comunes.

Contenta con el trato y la habitación
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, hotel muy limpio, la alberca con agua cristalina. Bien ubicado respecto a la cercanía con el centro, pero las calles para llegar son aún rústicas. Vista encantadora al Tepozteco y al Popocatepetl.
