.¿Quien miente. Entre Robles o hotels.com?
Pros:

El hotel estaba cerrado. Nos dijeron que no trabajan con hotels.com.
Teníamos nuestro código de reserva y nos tuvimos que ir a buscar donde pasar la noche.
Todo lamentable.

Hotel looks nice
Pros:

Hotels.com allowed us to book a night at this hotel even though it is shut for winter.
We turned up cold and wet from cycling to find the place locked.
There was nobody onsite to talk to.
We called the hotel and got no answer.
Contacted hotels.com support and were told after 30 minutes that it was closed and we would have to locate another hotel ourselves.
Just an apology and an eventual refund.
Hotel looks nice.
