THIS IS THE HOTEL! All friendly staff, great and numerous facilities. Grocery store close by, omiyage store next door. Bakeries within walking distance. Great views. I hope to stay here again. Even if I don't get lucky enough to be top floor.

広島で野球観戦しに来ました。部屋は綺麗で駅近だし値段のコスパが良かったです。

良くなかった点をあげるなら、朝の朝食会場は狭くて混み合うのでもう少し動線良くするか改善の余地はありそうです。おかずは1人ずつよそうと時間かかるから最初から小分けにされたやつとかにするとか、混み合う時間帯を知らせてなるべく急ぐ人は早めにアナウンスするとかなんとかしてほしいと思いました。
