The location is convenient.
We arrived late in the evening. The innkeeper had a terrible attitude, which ruined our check-in experience. On top of that, the mattress in our room was in awful condition—it must have been used for years. The shower head and toilet in the room couldn't work properly. The next morning, i woke up covered in small bug bites from bed bugs. I definitely don't recommend this hotel and wouldnever come back again.

The room was exeptional for the price and was clean and tidy. The tv had great access and there wasnt alot of disruption anywhere. Great communal area and overall was just amazing.
Bathrooms were slightly outsated i.e door was stiff and was hard to close and some rusting here and there but that is expected.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, a lot of mold, and slugs crawling around at night. There was no heating, and the temperature dropped to 8 degrees at night, so my children got a bit sick.

Although a little bit out of it, this is a fantastic little stay for anyone visiting Conway.
Everything is clean, and ample for a few nights. Unless you are ultra fit, you do need a car to get around. WD spent some time in the bar. The owner was accommodating and offered us cutlery for our takeaway. Lots of free parking. We will be back.
Just a little bit too far from the centre if you're unhealthy! You do need a car!!

The outside area could be beautifull. Unfortunately, it's kept cut but not clean and cared for - breakfasts would be great.
It would also be great to have a small fridge in the room.

It was nice. Small. Clean. People were friendly and helpful. We were aloud with our dog.we only stayed over the night and be outdoors during the day time

Location of the hotel was good and quiet
There was not enough space for 5 of us. Which it was booked for. The bins were not emptied everyday. And the room wasn't cleaned everyday of the stay. There was a worm in the bathroom which is not nice to find while taking a shower. Owners texting after getting the bad review making pesronal remarks which is unacceptable and not professional.
