Nice place out in the sticks
Pros:

Decent price and beautiful scenery. Great communication from the owners. Rooms were spotless and clean. Bedroom was lovely and warm upon arrival. Peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

Bathroom heater didnt work and was really cold in there but it wasn't so cold you could not shower. The bed matress ya could feel the springs a bit more than normal but i have slept on much worse.

Good value room
Pros:

The room had sky TV which was a bonus, the location was nice and quiet, the room was clean and beds were comfortable, staff really friendly, good price.

Cons:

The bathroom is in need of a bit of a makeover

Never again!
Pros:

Comfortable bed with clean sheets and towels

Cons:

Super small room, thin walls, we could hear everything the neighbours were talking. Dirty floor, dirty bathroom, the shower had no pressure... the bunk beds were wobbly and made noise every time someone moved. Glad we stayed only one night.

Pros:

The beds were clean, the tea and coffee facilities were stocked up well with a few little extras. Value for money was good and the room was fairly spacious. A few minutes drive to Conwy itself so happy with the location.

Cons:

The shower did not work at all, there was no power to the shower so i had a bath instead The walls are quite thin so we could hear everything in the room next to us.

Pros:

Location and price. Comfy room.

Cons:

The table was unclean, it had a noodle on it. The hot and cold water adjustment knobs in the shower were difficult to operate. Also the toilet brush was not clean.
