Nothing
Quiet countryside location.
The owner cool man.
Didn't go ,but there is also simple bar at the hotel.
No sink in the toilet and instead of that was in the room.
nice peaceful good beds clean ,value for money ,staff great.
The location of the Hotel was convenient to local town and amenities
It was a quiet location
Whilst named as a Hotel, this was more of an American Motel Style dwelling, the rooms were Motel style chalet rooms, so if you are booking make sure you are aware.
The 'Bathroom' was very cramped and dated, The Shower did not work in our Chalet so we had to wash in the sink. The 'Mountain View' was a little misleading, as the view was of the village we were staying in and the Mountains were way off in the distance (not worth paying for).
On Entering and Exiting the chalet you were immediately swamped from the constant smoking of the staff outside, so didnt add to the 'luxury' ambiance and ratings that the listing stated
Really reasonably priced for the one night stay. Comfortable bed.
No frills accommodation in a great location for Snowdonia national park or the seaside towns
Bit run down and could do with some tlc
Great location, just 30 minutes from the snowdonia national park. Small but comfy room and a warm welcome by the staff upon arrival.
Tiny bathroom but good.
Ok
Atmosphere is very good
Toilet is poor.
Comfortable and clean room for a group of 3.
The arrival was a bit underwhelming but the whole experience was positive.
Clean towels
We will probably get a sarcastic remark from the owner like most reviews.
On arrival we went straight to the room as the key was in the door, on entry the room smelt like mould, the beds and toilet paper were wet due to damp, the carpets were dirty and just very poor housekeeping.
We asked for a refund and was point blankly refused, and told us they have not had any complaints in 3 years! Obviously a complete lie!
They moved us to another room.
This room was not as damp however the cleanliness was shocking, from bugs in the bath, dirty carpets, suspicious stains on the walls and curtains and the bathroom was very grubby. You can tell they don't have very high standards for cleanliness. Shocking place. We have now booked a beautiful cottage for only £10 more and the difference is unbelievable.
The little chalet room!
Nothing
Staff were friendly, sky TV and WiFi also tea/ coffee facilitys. towels and shower gels all included in the price. Found the beds comfy and had a good night sleep also free parking really good value for money and would stay again .
