Pros:

Hi the location was ok, unfortunately no taxi’s could be booked to the wedding venue we were attending, but 15 minute drive to Conwy town centre.Staff on site Julie was lovely and made us feel welcome, and would like to pass on our compliments to the owner that her customer service was great. For the price we paid was worth the money

Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was the double bed. As it had a metal frame, it was very noisy and squeaked whenever we moved, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.

The bathroom was also clean and well maintained, but unfortunately the shower was not working properly.

Another issue was the lack of a fridge in the room. It would have been very useful, especially during the hot weather, as we had food that couldn't be kept fresh and ended up being spoiled.

Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the cleanliness, location, and excellent service provided by the staff.

Nothing was open within a reasonable distance
Pros:

Plenty of parking

Cons:

A bit run down the runner in the bathroom was dangerously loose. For a potential family room a child could easily catch their foot on it. The day they did not open the facilities was Tuesday and unfortunately I stayed on a Tuesday and I was unaware.

Il posto è pulito con lenzuola profumate e piccoli gadget per il bagno e la colazione

Cons:

Le stanze hanno muri sottili e quindi si sentono i vicini. Andrebbero fatti dei miglioramenti, cambiare il portasciugamani di legno rotto, rincollare il laminato intorno alla vasca doccia e cambiare le lampadine bruciate.
