Pros:

It’s not a huge hotel which I like a lot

Cons:

The loose toilet. How no
One cleaned my room or even brought clean towels in or dumped my trash. Which when I addressed my concerns was told that my not 2 people for housekeeping were on duty on Monday. I understand things happen however an apology would have suffice the reason why the room wasn’t cleaned is not a good reason or good look to tell a customer. In the end I received the towels and declined having someone to come dump the trash or

Pros:

Great customer service, cleanliness, Breakfast was ok. I like that the lobby has games.

Cons:

I prefer a more cozy feel. This had more of a studio apartment feel that I don’t recall when I stayed in a Tru before. No “real space” for clothing, luggage.

This Tru hotel was the perfect spot to land on our trip, great location and great amenities
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and our pups felt right at home!

Cons:

The hotel was overall pretty clean on surface level. The floors could have used another scrubs down, left our feet feeling sticky.
