Hospitality was great

Cons:

When we checked in, I was asked if I would like room cleaned. I said yes but that did not happen. I was able to find the cleaning lady and she graciously gave us some more towels. We had left ours on the floor per the sign in bathroom that says put towels on floor if you want new
