Excellent hotel and staff
Pros:

Staff were polite and went out of their way to help with any query, offering helpful advice about the local area. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, the mini fridge in the room actually was cold kept at a certain temperature. Upon arrival given a tin bottle of water to reuse at their water stations which was a great idea.
From the photos attached it looks like you can see car park from pool but that is NOT the case as pool is lower down

Breakfast was good but a bit repetative but food was good quality

We upgrade our room to balcony view by paying extra but we’re so disappointed. There were pieces of broken glass which my toddler picked up and brought it to us. We requested for late check out but they refused. Very inconsiderate.

Zu Teuer für das was wir bekommen haben
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Witz, jedoch konnten wir Eierspeisen bestellen und das Avocado Toast war wirklich gut. Aber uns hat eine warme leckere Schokolade gefehlt, wie auch eine grössere Brot und geschnittene Früchteauswahl wie zum Beispiel Ananas. Zudem erwarten wir eine echte gute Butter, keine ahnung was ich da auf mein Brot schmierte. Der Pool ist wirklich schöön und auch toll war dass wir unsere Kleidung waschen konten.

Das Personal war sehr minimalistisch und räumte teils dreckige Geschirrsachen nicht weg zudem eher unkommunikativ und unfreundlich. Es trifft die Morgenbuffetfrau und die an der Bar am Abend. Zudem den herr der uns eincheckte. Das restliche Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich

Schöne Unterkunft, aber mit versteckten Kosten

Die Unterkunft war schön und gepflegt. Das Personal mehrheitlich freundlich. Super toller Poolbereich und schöne Bar mit 2x / Woche Live Musik. Gutes Essen im KAI Restaurant.

Cons:

Uns hat gestört, was für Kosten noch auf uns zugekommen sind. Eine Daily Fee von 25 Dollar für das Internet und zwei Wasserflaschen. Ablehnen konnte man das nicht. Gleichzeitig galten die 25 Dollar als Guthaben für den Konsum an der Bar, was einen dazu “zwingt” im Hotel zu konsumieren, aber immerhin nicht ganz verloren ist. Hinzukommen 5 Dollar Steuern, die nochmals täglich abgebucht wurden. Zudem kosten die Cabana Liegen direkt am Pool nochmals 120 Dollar extra pro Tag, wenn man das möchte.
Keine Aufmerksamkeiten wie ein Welcome Drink etc. gab es nicht, was wir bei dieser Preisklasse erwartet hätten.
