The reception staff cannot speak English!!! We need to use mobile translator!! Why you call this hotel INTERNATIONAL??? Your staff at the reception should speak good English not only Chinese

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel is conveniently located and only 2 bus stops away from the main shopping street of SanfangQiXiang. Front desk manager, Cary Lan, provided excellent service. Not only did he upgrade our room after we gave feedback on some issues with the original room, he also provided useful tips on how to get around the area. The buffet breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The spread was wide, catering to both Western and Chinese palates, and the quality of food was good. The gym was also very well-equipped.

No English speaking staff on reception so difficult to ask questions and wouldn't use translation
