Location very convenient,staff very helpful, attentive to customer's need
Cafe breakfast totally disappointed, from food to beverage. The breakfast varieties are mostly skewed to Chinese, very few dishes are westernized. No egg counter for instant made fried eggs, scrambled eggs or omelette. Service staff are completely ignorant of basic western breakfast standard. The cafe is not even able to provide a tea spoon. When asked for this item, they handed me a big white Chinese soup spoon. Coffee quality is bad and only one type of coffee is provided via coffee machine. Though the coffee machine provides milk, it doesn't function. We called three service staff but seems only one lady vaguely understand how to fix it but after her figetting, coffee is ok but no milk comes out.
For the room, the room is spacious which is comfortable but there is insufficient storage provision that you have nowhere to put your stuff. There is no drawers or cabinets or benches to facilitate putting your little items.
Room Aircon is unstable. It auto changes the settings which ends up we feel hot in the middle of the night that woke me up.
The fridge is warm seems it's not cold at all.

Well arranged Clean hotel in good location near metro station and public transportation with good service available like washing machine, ironing, and 24 hrs free coffee and tea in the lobby.
- Breakfast was Chinese style only which is not suitable for foreigners ... they don't care about others food.
- WiFi is very slow so it gives the guests a very hard time during their stay .
- Lack of employees who speak English which is very essential in a country like china.

This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded.
That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund.
So, I was double-charged.
I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more.
The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone.
If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel.
