Pros:

Very comfortable, plenty of space. Laundry facility in the room was a great advantage. Close to convenience stores and public transport.

Cons:

4pm check-in, with no option of early check-in. After a long flight, we had to spend a lot of time wandering Osaka till we could get into our room and have a rest.

Other than front desk, everything is very good. Place is very clean.
Pros:

Location is perfect very convenient. Train station within walking distance, Good Restaurant just around the corner. Dotonbori less than 5minutes walk.

Cons:

Perhaps, front desk, we forwarded our laugage from Kyoto but cannot be delivered coz No front desk avaiable we end up picking up our laugage (just about 7 minutes walk)

Excellent stay. We love staying ar BON Condo Nipponbashi. Will go back!
Pros:

Second time staying here.
Location is spot on. Just a short walk to our favorite places.
Near the station.
Spacious and have all the amenities we need for our stay.
Got a chance to talk to the manager personally and was surprised at how friendly he was.
Will definitely stay here again when we go back.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just nitpicking that noticed it was "cleaner" the first time around. But don't get me wrong, it is not dirty or filthy.

Great stay with family in a nice location.
Pros:

Great location, close to everywhere! Easy check in and check out. Also quick to respond with any query. Nice room, clean and fits family of four well.
