Pros:

Location was fantastic - very close to Dotonbori and multiple train lines. Room was as described. Beds were fine, but only 2 thin pillows on each queen sized bed and one extra for use with the sofa bed. Bathroom was nice, with separate WC. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed adequate.

Cons:

Would be nice to have more pillows. The building also only has one elevator for a 10-story building, so sometimes had to wait a few minutes.

Fantastic location and a great place to have as your base in Osaka.
Pros:

The location was great - walking distance to Dotonburi Street and the night life. Multiple conbini and supermarkets close by. Parking lots close by which was handy when we needed overnight parking for our 2 day car hire. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedding. Bonus having a washing machine and using the bathroom as a drying room was effective.

Cons:

The only thing was the smell. There was a stuffiness to the room - a bit like the floor was once wet and the smell has lingered. Sadly, that's the only reason I could not rate this place 10 out of 10.

Highly recommended in Osaka.
Pros:

Loved this apartment. Very roomy, table chairs, washer/dryer as well. Keypad entry (no lost cards/keys!!). Easy check in.

위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 대중교통수단과 가깝고, 근처 시장 그리고 많은 식당가등등...

Cons:

저희 가족은 4명이였구요. 여행가방을 풀을수 있는 공간이 조금은 부족했습니다. 한 3인 가족에겐 적합할것 같아요.

Strategic location to walk around with ease!
Pros:

Location of this condo is good, very nearby to train station and just walking distance to Kurumon Market and even the Dotonbori Street. So happened that we were using the luggage transfer service from Tokyo to Osaka, the Yamato collection point is just walking distance too, super convenient for us!

Cons:

The direction/explanation of entering the condo was a little bit confusing, because there were 2 different numbering pad panel which we didn't know which to use at the beginning.
