Avoid this property if travelling with children or if you’re looking for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

It made my children appreciate every other hotel we stayed at in Japan.

Cons:

We booked for 5 people. Beds made up for 4 only. Spare sheets weren’t clean. Cleaning wasn’t great. Pillows were super thin and beds very uncomfortable. No glasses in the room. Only mugs for drinking. Lobby smelled of smoke. Weeds out front.

Location wad amazing- about 300m from the Dotonbori sign!

Cons:

The pictures did not reflect the room at all. Very dated interior with aged furniture. Location was excellent, but I would not stay here again.

Pros:

Location was fantastic - very close to Dotonbori and multiple train lines. Room was as described. Beds were fine, but only 2 thin pillows on each queen sized bed and one extra for use with the sofa bed. Bathroom was nice, with separate WC. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed adequate.

Cons:

Would be nice to have more pillows. The building also only has one elevator for a 10-story building, so sometimes had to wait a few minutes.
