Front desk service and room daily cleaning and towel service. No towels at all one day even though left on floor. Smoke smell in room and nothing addressed.

Perfect Stay For A Die Hard Cubs Fan
Pros:

Perfect location for a Cubs fan. I was less than two steps from the ballpark when I stepped out of the hotel and could see the outfield from my window. The broadcasters and some players stay there so it’s a great way to meet them in the lobby. Perfect stay.

Pros:

There was no smell in the Hotel. It was fresh and quiet. There have been times when I walk into a Marriott and it smells like bleach. This was fresh and clean and friendly.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. I did not want to wait to pay for my breakfast but it was ok.
