Pros:

The room I stayed had three issues: face tissue box was empty, one light bulb was missing, and one light didn’t work. None of them was fixed

Pros:

Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room was lacking, drawers on bedside table had dirt/mold in them. Bathroom floor felt grimy to the touch. Rooms need an update, felt outdated and old. Staff for the front counter was nonexistent for check in with phones ringing off the hook. Not the best place to stay for the price.

EXCELLENT
Pros:

Stayed here because it was right across from The Frank Loreno Park where our granddaughter had a travel ball tournament.
The room was great. Very clean. Shower was awesome. Loved the little coffee area. And Breakfast was good.

Pros:

Loved the big shower. The sprayer barely put out water on the gentle setting. So had to use the hard setting. The water poured out the door, soaking the mat.

Cons:

The rolling desk chair. I went to sit on it and as I was lowering myself down, it went flying out from under me. I'm 67. Not a fun moment for me. Got a few bruises.

Never stayed..I left, due I was given a room never cleaned

Nothing.

Cons:

I arrived, given a room that was not clean! Bed not made, dirt in the floor. Receptionist wasn't too concerned and I cancelled me room and went to another hotel

Pros:

Felt safe and very comfortable

Cons:

The only flaw was the carpet needed a good clean, it had a smell to it when you first walk in but the smell went away quickly.
