Pros:

Loved the big shower. The sprayer barely put out water on the gentle setting. So had to use the hard setting. The water poured out the door, soaking the mat.

Cons:

The rolling desk chair. I went to sit on it and as I was lowering myself down, it went flying out from under me. I'm 67. Not a fun moment for me. Got a few bruises.

Never stayed..I left, due I was given a room never cleaned
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

I arrived, given a room that was not clean! Bed not made, dirt in the floor. Receptionist wasn't too concerned and I cancelled me room and went to another hotel

Pros:

Felt safe and very comfortable

Cons:

The only flaw was the carpet needed a good clean, it had a smell to it when you first walk in but the smell went away quickly.
