Pros:

The TV had free HBO Maxx. Bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The shower was terrible. They need to replace the shower head. It was very noisy early in the mornings. You can hear everything outside and upstairs above your room.

Hotel was very clean with spacious rooms.

Cons:

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was so my kids could swim. We didn't realize until we got them all dressed and walked down to the pool to find there was an "out of order" sign on the door. No mention from front desk staff or anything on the website prior to arrival. We were told that we could still swim but there was no heat. Considering it was a cooler day in February that was not acceptable.

We had a room facing the front of the hotel. There were several semi-trucks parked there all night and running. Making it very noisy and difficult to sleep.

Cons:

Breakfast was cold, and they had cereal and oatmeal but not milk.
Pool was not heated, and none of the employees knew if it was fixed. Implying that either poor communication and/or lack of company poor repair and upkeep.
No one at the desk or answering the phone.
Had to try several times to get towels and bedding.
