Love Elementary hotels. Stylish, clean, healthy breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

Healthy and fresh! Excellent!

Cons:

We only stayed two nights but our room never got cleaned. I ended up asking the cleaning gals for some towels.

My parents stayed here on a recent visit and loved how spacious the room was and all the amenities it offered, like the basic kitchen set up. They said staff were wonderful, kind, and helpful.

Great experience!
Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the cleanliness of the lobby.
We stayed here for 4 days and we enjoyed every one of those days. They offered free happy hour drinks from 5-6:30 and every day they had a different snack/treat for us around 6:30-7:30 I believe. We had the caramel apples, and tea, and cheese and crackers. Breakfast was great! And everyday they had a specialty item, we tried their avocado toast, scramble and english muffin sandwiches. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was perfect. Will definitely come back to Element for our next stay.

Pros:

Everything was clean and new looking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hot breakfast that was served was a TINY portion; we had to wait 15 minutes for an egg white scramble and it was literally four bites. We actually laughed when saw it and thought it was a joke.

Short stay on a road trip.
Pros:

The space of the room, the hot tub, the location from the highway, the design of the hotel and furnishings, the filtered water in the room and lemon water in each floor lobby.

Cons:

The walls are thin. We heard the people in the next room moving things around, heard their TV, and showering. Breakfast choices were rather lackluster. Yes, no mention of the additional parking fee when checking in or checking out.

I felt totally at home.
Pros:

The breakfast is exceptional. The location, while not downtown is very close. The staff is exceedingly friendly. The happy hour and other afternoon guest events makes one feel at home. They even have a nice guest laundry and a nice selection of snacks and adult beverages for purchase.

I've done two previous reviews of the Element that included some minor annoyances. Let me now state that they remedied them completely.

I can't think of anything to complain about.

Pros:

All of the staff, and I mean ALL of them, were exceptionally pleasant and informed and helpful.

Cons:

The quilt (plus two sheets) on the bed is simply too warm. I like to sleep at 67 degrees, and at that temperature two sheet is not enough and the quilt is far too much. The room would have been perfect if only I had a thin blanket to substitute for the heavy quilt.
