Check in stated as 4pm - room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Breakfast was sup par for a hotel in that price range… ran out of coffee. Lobby was not clean

Element Bend mostly good
Pros:

I received an early check - in, which gave the opportunity for a tranquil and quiet 50 minutes in the pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the regular coffee supply was exhausted 20 minutes into the 7am
breakfast start time. It was replenished a bit later, and the crepes w/ strawberry and glaze were excellent.
An ice bucket was provided upon asking for, but it was lacking a cover to be efficient, and it should be in each room, or in the ice room on each floor

Modern, comfortable retreat left us feeling relaxed and refreshed
Pros:

The king size bed was comfortable. Nice modern design with high ceilings. Loved the nightlight effect in the shower at night and all the sprays. Appreciated the real utensils in the cabinets, along with the built in storage. It was nice to come into the room with an expansive view of the city and a big screen tv on to welcome us. And the room smelled good. Appreciated everything including the strawberry crepes and orange juice for breakfast.

Cons:

We could have used more real coffee and cream in the room so we didn’t have to make a trip downstairs to the lobby the second morning. And some of the walls could have a little touch up paint to keep it looking fresh and new.

Great stay.
Pros:

Everything was great! They had a check-in activty and when we left, I had a sore neck and they gave me free Tylenol!

Love Elementary hotels. Stylish, clean, healthy breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

Healthy and fresh! Excellent!

Cons:

We only stayed two nights but our room never got cleaned. I ended up asking the cleaning gals for some towels.

Great experience!
Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the cleanliness of the lobby.
We stayed here for 4 days and we enjoyed every one of those days. They offered free happy hour drinks from 5-6:30 and every day they had a different snack/treat for us around 6:30-7:30 I believe. We had the caramel apples, and tea, and cheese and crackers. Breakfast was great! And everyday they had a specialty item, we tried their avocado toast, scramble and english muffin sandwiches. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was perfect. Will definitely come back to Element for our next stay.

Pros:

Pros:

Everything was clean and new looking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hot breakfast that was served was a TINY portion; we had to wait 15 minutes for an egg white scramble and it was literally four bites. We actually laughed when saw it and thought it was a joke.
