Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Joy was able to give us half off on our stay. I would give the hotel another try.

Cons:

The hot water, internet, phones and TV stopped working around 10pm out first night. They gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as of 1pm Saturday still not hot water. We had to pack up and find another hotel.

Incredible location in the heart of downtown. Easy to walk or drive to anything and everything.
Pros:

Location was incredible. Great value for location and price. We came for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway for a night. We will be back!

The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. All the hotel staff that I had the pleasure of interaction with were extremely kind and friendly. We took advantage of the hotel bar and valet service which were both extremely convenient!

Cons:

there really is nothing that I can say negatively about the hotel. The one downside that I experienced was with the valet service. My girlfriend was going to be taking my truck back without me so I asked if she could be added to the text list to request the vehicle. They were extremely accommodating and added her without question. This kicked me out from being able to request my vehicle. While this is an extremely minor annoyance; I do wish that I could set up more than one person to pick up vehicles.

Bad actor in the rooftop bar

Cons:

Took a bit to check in, and then I couldn't see my friends in the rooftop bar for the Christmas party because I got off the elevator to the roof tip bar at 12:03. People stayed in. There for another 45 minutes. So I got back on elevator, went to my room, got my bags, and dropped off my keys at the front desk and got my car out of garage and left

Pros:

Outstanding Service from Tyreesha!

I had an amazing experience at the AC Hotel in Downtown Greenville, SC. From the moment I arrived, Tyreesha went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and took care of all my needs with a smile. Her professionalism and genuine kindness really made my stay exceptional. It’s not often you find that level of personal care and attention — she truly made me feel valued as a guest.

Highly recommend this hotel, and a special thank-you to Tyreesha for making my stay unforgettable!

Clean hotel, great experience!
Pros:

First time at this hotel in Greenville. I love that it is actually pet-free - they say it is and it is! I am highly allergic. Also, we were there for a family member's surgery, and it was a stressful time. While at the hotel, the manager, Ashton, prepared a fruit bowl for my grandson. It was pouring rain outside, and he was asking for fruit, and although all of their restaurants were closed, she took the time to do this. This is far beyond, in my opinion, and we will stay here again! I love hotels that value their patrons.
