This was our second stay and we’ll definitely be back.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable beds. Everything you need for a lovely holiday. The food is really good. The hotel has really good amenities. The staff are amazing.

Weekend in Scarborough
Pros:

Location was great. The hotel is well set out and has good facilities. I liked the fact that the building was old and historic, but was modern inside.

Cons:

I like dogs, but I'm not a big fan of loads in the hotel. But it is dog friendly hotel, so it wasn't a big problem for me.

Pros:

Location,room good,bar area excellent.Overall a good overnight stay.

Cons:

Breakfast lots of choice but hot choice not great.
Just scrambled egg,bacon and beans.
Plus side ,boiling your own eggs..New to me.

Pros:

Friendly staff, liked the big maps on the wall would have been helpful if there was more info on walks or rides in the region

Cons:

Room was very hot and the window opened onto the fire escape - felt unsafe to leave open when not in the room. The sink drained very slowly and there was a smell of drains after emptying, and the lift smelled of cigarettes

average hotel on a budget price but nothing more
Pros:

convenient location and parking, the bed was comfy and the coffee selection and mini bar selection was great initial staff member we encountered checking in lovely

Cons:

bedrooms far too hot even when not in a heatwave as it’s by the seaside having the windows open was not ideal, the fan provided was below average and did nothing of the affect of cooling down the room

although i understand it is a pet friendly hotel there was a distinctive smell throughout the corridors with no ventilation and there was no thought to try and reduce the pet smell throughout the corridors

the bathroom facilities were poor, the shower had all staining it in the taps were loose the button to push the toilet was hanging off and the curtain used in the bathroom to cover up the window was dirty

when checking out unfriendly member of staff which was a shame, explained the information the previous member of staff gave me on arrival and they made out like i had made the whole thing up
