Lovely hotel and room
Pros:

The property is located right near the seafront. It’s a short walk into town. The hotel itself is really nice and the room was well equipped clean and cozy. bathroom was well equipped with a really good shower and shower gel was provided.

Cons:

I booked breakfast. I’ll have to say I was very disappointed. I paid £15 for what in effect was some eggs and toast and a few drinks. I stayed in some lovely hotels recently and this breakfast was the worst. My advice would be booked the hotel without any doubt but skip breakfast and plenty places in town to eat. The food is not competitive or nice.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Casual atmosphere but great attention to detail.
Pros:

Location is brilliant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
I love the dog friendliness, it makes me feel at home.
Fresh milk in the room is the loveliest treat.

Cons:

Creaky floorboards but I appreciate the building is old. Decor could be improved especially the ceiling in my room!

Pros:

It was greatly located on seafront with great views. Lovely to see such a dog friendly hotel welcomed and looked after as well as guests. Nice to have plenty of complimentary hot drinks in cosy areas. Nice greeting from staff when we arrived giving us some history knowledge of the building when we asked. Perfect for walks wether it be into busy seaside town or towards the beautiful Italian gardens. All in all beautiful hotel.

Cons:

The only thing a bit off putting is the noise of seagulls from 4 o clock in the morning but not much you can do so close to sea.

Pros:

Well Hotel looking over the sea. Very set out on first with restaurant, breakfast, bar and warm drinks.
Clean visit of arrival and advice and directions very friendly and reliable

Cons:

Parking outside the hotel was very small. For around 80 rooms there were only about 10 parkments. Cost me £12.50 in a car park per night.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming to both us and our dog.
The facilities are great in the hotel. We used the bar/ lounge for drinks. Cannot comment on food as I did not eat there.
The dog wash was great for post walkies!
The room was one of the smaller ones, which I knew, but was well equipped with everything you could need! Hot and powerful shower too.
Hotel very clean and modern.
Would recommend and return for a dog friendly stay.

Cons:

My only improvement could be the blinds in the room. They did not quite fit the window and this let a lot of light into the room early in the morning, which did wake me up.

Pros:

Unlimited Coffee/drinks from the machine, we stayed out until late and came and sat quietly in the lounge area and had a hot chocolate after our late night walk. Was really cosy!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I love EVERYTHING about this hotel. I have travelled a lot through business and leisure but this surprised me. Absolute spotless, contemporary, value for money, relaxing, quirky. Super bar and dining Stunning location. Quite simply I can’t wait to see more of them opening up. Never have I been to a hotel which provides dedicated dog cleaning facilities. I was on the Cleveland Way and needed a comfortable night. This place delivered in buckets. I was raving about it to my wife. She wants to try it too.
