Nice stay, breakfast poor
Pros:

Staff were lovely, quirky hotel but pleasant

Cons:

The breakfast was not great, expected better. Breakfast was bacon, some wet scrambled eggs which tasted weird and beans, was limited choice, have had fair better breakfasts in much cheaper hotels

An eclectic mix; Very odd, and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all around the world...
Pros:

Large restaurant area. Nice staff. Cleanliness''. Good coffee. Nice bread. Fresh fruit. Good fruit juices. Milk in fridge and a good coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

Odd breakfast selection, Beans. scrambled watery egg (powdered, no doubt). Disgusting second-grade tough bacon. No sausages. Trendy pancakes. Stale croissants. Very odd sink in bathroom - like a footbath - 15inch drop of water into the basin that despite all settings the falling water bounced everywhere. Poor curtaining. No double glazing - my room 215 had a view of the guys window next door whom I observed brushing his teeth, and a back street containing dustbins. My bed was observable from his window. Constant screaming sound of gulls all night long that eventually made me abandon the last day of my stay at 4.00 am, pack, and forgo a booked breakfast and return home at dawn for some peace and a good sleep. No indication as to where the lift was located upstairs or down.

Pros:

Great location. Good facilities: coffee machine, fridge with fresh milk. Good sized shower with a rain head. Comfortable bed. Restaurant on site providing a good selection of quality food. Friendly and professional staff.

Great location but not in the summer
Pros:

The bed was comfy and super friendly guy on both evening and morning, both very helpful

Cons:

Stood on a plastic head of a razor on the bedroom floor, no AC so the room therefore boiling and a lot of banging of doors late on as most were fire doors. Unfortunately not a great night's sleep I was hoping for!

Friendly staff, excellent food, very comfortable room which was clean and very well equipped with fridge, fan etc. The quirky attention to detail of the hotel's interior design.

Cons:

The lift was very small. I would have preferred a full English breakfast also.

Really good location and great views from the front of the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was decent size. Bed was comfortable and despite it being a dog friendly hotel there was no smell of dogs as there can be with dog friendly places.

Cons:

Windows didnt block out a lot of noise, room was quite stuffy and fan placed in there was very noisy, would benefit from a better quality fan to minimise noise. Breakfast would benefit from a way to warm the pastries up as quite chewy when cold.

Fantastic Quirky building, five minutes walk from the beach, fabulous rooms, food, facilities and staff. Highly recommen
Pros:

I love this whole concept, what a refreshing delight.
Great staff, after thirty minutes I wished I was staying two nights. The food was excellent, travelling solo with my bike I was well looked after, and loved the facilities. I also loved the quirky decor and furnishings. Fantastic job, thank you

Too expensive for what it is. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again
Pros:

Location is good for event held in town

Cons:

It was very loud. Karaoke from bar below was very loud and you could hear seagulls all night, windows are single glazed.
Very long spiral staircase to get to the room, dingy and steep.
No sign above the door, we were walking in circles and so were other guests trying to find the place
