The staff where fantastic bey friendly and helpful especially the young lady at reception who was extremely helpful thank you all for a wonderful experience throughout our stay we will be back in February

Really easy place to be, really appreciate how dog friendly it is and in turn happy dogs and guest. Best hotel experience I have had in 40 years!

Very cool and funky hotel in a great location, with amazing views over the water. Great sized room we had with a separate living room.
Parking was the only downside as it’s very limited and hard to get close to the hotel. And no lift which made getting out bags up and down narrow stairs quite challenging.
We would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we’ve stopped at this hotel. Great room for the 2 of us and the dog. Great location and accommodating staff. The breakfast was disappointing though as there isn’t an option to order a fresh cooked breakfast. Other than that it’s great and we’d stop there again

After paying for breakfast for duration of stay, they didn’t cater for gluten free options.

Went for one of the cheaper rooms on the top floor and it was spacious & clean with a sea view. Felt like good value for money.

We had a good stay apart from other guests working us up in the other room been loud

This is such a fabulous friendly relaxing place to stay :) The staff were lovely, and the food was excellent; we have food allergies, and the restaurant staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our assistance dog was given a toy on arrival - it's definitely recommended for people wanting to take their dog on holiday with them. We had a stunning sea view from our room too - the beach is literally less than 5 minutes away. We will be back - nothing but praise for this lovely place.

Great location and lovely meals, some tight hallways and random stairs but overall a great stay to enjoy the waterfront.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, fantastic view of Scarborough from the hotel room and a gift for my dog. All in all a great stay.

Room was clean and comfortable, and staff were efficient and friendly.
The free coffee in the lounge, afternoon cake, along with a coffee machine and fresh milk in the room were a great touch.
Ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was great.
Also, the special parking rates at £4 per day are amazing.

Free coffee, tea and cake are a nice afternoon bonus. Great location.

A lovely hotel with a wonderful room (318) that I will stay in again. Bar and restaurant excellent.

Our room was noisy, old , walls and ceiling with cracks, windows frame deteriorated and one glass broken… not safe. Beautiful view but the windows were so dirty due to seagulls I guess, who are a nightmare 24/7 and entertain you especially from 4.30 am on… the. General condition of the hotel is not excellent but the employees are very very nice and with beautiful smiles!
