Extremely pleasant helpful staff, lovely breakfast with lots of choices , very comfortable bed
Pros:

Fabulous location 5 mins from beach and amenities

Cons:

The only downside for me personally was the size of the lift,but that was because I am claustrophobic

Will be returning. Great location, very clean and good facilities.
Pros:

Lovely old building which is so hard to look and keep clean, but they’ve really done well. Reception booking in was simple. Although we didn’t take the dog, will return in autumn for beach walks and knowing we can wash and dry the dog off at the hotel is a bonus.

Room was absolutely huge with large double bed and seating area.
Mini fridge was nicely stocked but didnt use it
Incredibly clean throughout
Friendly staff
Amazingly comfortable bed
Stunning views across the bay

Cons:

Decor in parts was a bit odd (penguin blinds?)
Shower was powerful but either cold or scalding hot
No complimentary biscuits with the coffee supplies, which I would expect in an executive room

Perfect for sea views
Pros:

Perfect location overlooking South Bay in a historic building. Plentiful buffet breakfast and very quirky public spaces. Room was comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Bonus was free parking permit for surrounding areas. Expected to have to pay for parking, but provided with permit for duration of my stay.

Cons:

Would have liked to stay for longer.
