Only option in this little town
Pros:

Easy check in.
Very clean rooms.
Location was perfect to the event we came for.

Cons:

Requested 1st floor room months prior to arrival that I didn’t get. There isn’t an elevator at this property. The breakfast was mediocre, didn’t eat it second day of stay. The room we were in was located near the side door going outside and it slams very hard. Woke us up several times during the night. Kids running up and down the hallway on the 3rd floor. Hotel manager needs to do a better job of monitoring this since parents don’t control their children.

Pros:

inconvenient when boats park at the end of the building and block the sidewalks with their mortors.. and wish there were more ways to get to the upstairs, versus just either end. Next time, I need to request a bottom floor room, at our age stairs are not our friends...and get outside to the patio after the lounge? is closed. Other than that we enjoyed our visit much, thank you, will inform others of the facility...
