Overall it was good with lots of eating place options.
Cons:

My room suppose to be a sea view, but unfortunately it was blocked by a meeting place (i assume) and cant actually enjoy the sea view.

Uncomfortable, but okay for short stay
Pros:

The pool is kid friendly, view was nice.

Cons:

Check-in process was long
Parking was always full, you better dont come late as the parking will be full.
Toilet was dirty, had to call housekeeping to clean
Breakfast was too crowded, tables were not cleaned on time, food not replenished on time.
Room - pillow and bed not comfortable

Fair stay. Remember that as a hotel you have competition.
Pros:

Bfast spread can be improved as an internationl hotel chain.

Cons:

Exterial view of the hotel from the brochure looks inviting. The maintenance of this hotel public areas esp along the room corridors, lift Lobbys needs improvement. The corridor leading to B17 at one end has pepertual flooding near one of the riser. Mole has grown along the wall and ceiling. Definately this hotel engineering has to be proactive and rectified these engineering issues, etc, etc. I am very sure they are aware of the hotel's engineering issues.

The location is not bad. It’s near everything (by car)

Cons:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is comfortable and offers good value, but for a 4-star hotel, I expected a little more in terms of the overall experience.

The biggest downside was the wait for the elevators, especially during busy hours (checkout hours).

The room was clean and well-maintained, but it wasn’t what I would describe as spotless. There were no major cleanliness issues, but a bit more attention to detail would have made a difference. It lacked that immaculate, freshly cleaned feeling.

I was also looking forward to the breakfast because of the many positive reviews. It was perfectly decent with a good variety, but I found it quite average overall. It wasn’t bad at all, it just didn’t have that “wow” factor I was expecting.

One small detail that made the hotel feel a little dated was the bathroom toiletries. The shampoo & shower gel were provided in small individual bottles, rather than the larger refillable dispensers that are now common in many modern hotels. It’s a minor point, but it gave the hotel a slightly less premium feel.

Overall, it’s a good hotel and I had a comfortable stay. Just there were a few areas that could be improved 🫶🏻

Pros:

The food was very very tasty. The view of the sea is amazing. Every morning I can see a line of fishermen on the boat , going out to the sea.

Good stay, good view, a bit expensive.
Pros:

Our deluxe ocean view room was spacious with lovely view facing the sea and sunrise. U can park ur car right in front of your door.

Cons:

The building is connected to a service apartment. Diff tower but shares the carpark. There is no signage or indicator of the designated parking bay for the deluxe/premier rooms eventhough pay a slight premium for it, so other people park in yours so they can be near to the lift lobby. Quirky room location - right in the car park😂.
