We were really looking forward to our stay given the premium rates charged for the room and facilities, but the swimming pool area was a massive disappointment.
The pool and its surroundings are in desperate need of a major refurbishment. Maintenance has clearly been neglected, creating genuine safety hazards for children and elderly guests. On top of that, there is nowhere to sit or securely store personal belongings while using the area.
When guests pay for a relaxing vacation, a well-maintained pool is a basic expectation. Please invest the necessary resources to completely redo the pool and its surrounding facilities so they match the price point of the property.

The facilities need more maintenance and please provide more clean towels. It’s not comfortable using them. Please improvise your breakfast and the utensils was very smelly.

Die Zimmer waren richtig gross und Komfortable, das Personal war hilfsbereit auch wenn man immer nachfragen musste wegen Toilettenpapier, finde das sollte man wenigstens 1 Rolle vorrat im Zimmer haben, Frühstück war gut es gab von allem etwas.
Einmal mit dem Toilettenpapier das es kein ersatz im Zimmer gab und das es kein Extra Handtuch für das Gesicht gab.
Die Lage war nicht ganz so toll aber dafür hatten wir gegenüber vom Hotel das beste Foodstreet essen was es gab das war Top. Der Pool war schön aber einiges schon nicht mehr in Ordnung

The room was comfortable and the view was nice.
The hotel was very crowded, check-in was slow and disorganised, the extra bed request took hours despite being requested in advance, and the beach was just okay; the room door also needed fixing.
