From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The hotel follows the motto “you’ll get what you pay for,” but is clearly overpriced. Overall, it is nice, but has become outdated and is somewhat shabby in places. For example, the flooring in the room is coming loose, and edges are damaged, etc.
The pool area on the 5th floor with a view of the sea is beautiful, but clear signs of wear and tear are visible there as well. Tiles are missing and the walkways are worn out (risk of injury).
Additional charges are applied for every minor detail – the highlight being RM30 for a lost key card, which is essentially a low-cost item.
The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is satisfactory, with many local dishes.

Breakfast can improve by adding more on heavy meals. because last time I check in only nasi kerabu available for heavy meal.
The environment in the cafe during breakfast. If fully air conditioned will be far better. Because on the day I checked in only air cooler provided in the cafe and it feel a little bit uncomfortable.
