From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Booked family room. A technician came after we complained the master bedroom was very warm despite aircond set at lowest temperature 16degree and at high speed. Technician checked with handheld device, temperature is at correct temperature, and commented that its common for master bedroom facing sea, with aircond at only 1 horsepower, and large glass window without any heat rejection film. We kept the aircond at the same setting from 3pm till 730am next day, it was the same warm feeling in that room. We took the bed out to the living hall to sleep (the aircond is 2 horsepower).
