Four star with a two star attitude
Pros:

The reception staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms are amazing but if you come here on a coach trip expect to be treated as a second class citizen.
The food we were offered on the first night (no choice) was cold and unappetising, after complaining we were given a choice of three very poor options (pie or fish cakes) not off the regular menu. The kitchen staff were rude and didn’t even know what they were serving.
This is a four star hotel that treat coach visitors as two star avoid it

Great value room
Pros:

Very new and clean.

Very large twin room with large twin beds

This is the best room that I’ve ever had in a budget hotel

Cons:

The property did not have access directly to the hotel, so we had to drag our suitcases from the car park across a busy road to the hotel entrance.

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The location was brilliant, walking distance to the city centre, outdoor seating and bars nearby. Clean. Spacious rooms. Great gym.

I’d stay here again
Pros:

Clean, modern, spacious room and bathroom. The restaurant experience was good value for money and very efficient.

Cons:

At breakfast, it would have been helpful to have more signposting re: where things were (i.e., coffee/tea) as some parts aren’t obviously in view.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location is good. car park is across the street from hotel. Rooms are fresh and very clean.

Cons:

Breakfast choice is poor. Could put healthier choices on. If there was fresh cooked options we weren't told.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel is well located within easy reach to places of interest. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast buffet served till 10am.

Cons:

Would have liked more healthy options on the dinner menu.

Pros:

Exceptional standard of cleanliness and facilities. Couldn’t ask for more really.
