Pros:

The reception staff were great , we were early but let straight into the room which was appreciated. The room was spacious and modern , very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The restaurant was also very good

Great staff, hotel and location.
Pros:

Staff were very polite and friendly. Room was very spacious with everything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable.

No major issue but was surprised there was a charge for parking.

Staff very helpful, lovely comfortable bed and changed my bedding from feathered to non hypoallergenic straight away.

Friendly helpful staff, clean modern hotel, with comfy beds.
Pros:

The hotel is well located, cleanand very comfy, the receptionist kindly upgraded me as I had been on a long journey with rail replacement buses that took 8 hours so I could have a room with a bath.

Cons:

The restaurant doesn’t have the best range of healthy or pescatarian dishes.

The staff were friendly hotel was clean rooms were lovely and smelled fresh easy to find parking straight across from hotel overall we had a lovely stay couldn’t fault the hotel at all

Comfortable stay, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Very clean room and comfy bed. Close to shops and concert venue Victoria hall. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options including fresh waffles.

Cons:

Not a dislike. But it would have been nice to have bottles of water in the room and biscuits with the coffee as most places provide these as standard.
