大満足
Pros:

部屋が綺麗で、家族で泊まるのに快適に過ごせました。
浴室が結構広くて良かったです。一部屋にベッドが4つあるホテルがなかなかないので(簡易ベッドだったり)、リーズナブルな値段で泊まれて本当に良かった。ベッドも、ふかふかでした。

Cons:

事前にいただいていたメールのチェックイン時に使うQRコードが違うものだったのか部屋のロックが開かず、電話で連絡をして、QRコードを送ってもらいました。対応はとても親切だったので、手続きに手間取りましたがよかったです。

安心して泊まれません。
Pros:

便利な場所にあり、室内は綺麗でした。

Cons:

入室に手こずるとあったので万全の準備をして向かいましたが、予約した部屋の鍵が開かず、隣の部屋（宿泊者居る）の鍵が開いてしまう始末。
その後の対応もスタッフが宿泊施設にいないのでコールセンターに電話するなど不安な中廊下で３０分程待たされました。
観光を楽しみに急いでチェックインを済ませに来たのですが、予定が狂いその後の夕食の予約時間にも間に合わなくなったりとても残念でした。
就寝中も誰か入室してくるのではないかと心配が絶えませんでした。

ベッドが大きくて良かったと思います
Pros:

部屋が思っていた通りで、ベットも広く綺麗でした。置いてるタオルが人数以上置かれていて、とても便利でした。

Cons:

予約の時のメールが文字化けしてて全然分かりましせんでした。チェックインの時にとてもややこしくて、なかなか入れませんでした。また、電話も繋がらず人がいないなら電話対応やメール対応はしっかりしてほしいです。
テレビのアマプラのログイン履歴が残っていたのが気になりました。周りの飲食店情報やモーニングしているお店の情報があるといいなと思いました。

Pros:

立地が良く静かでとても綺麗でした

Cons:

チェックインの時のモニターが人型の囲みがひっくり返っていておかしかった。
人の登録の仕方がわかりづらい。

Perfect location for a short trip to Osaka.
Pros:

There's no staff on site so I couldn't really tell how nice they were really but from the messages and the rest of the communication everything went smooth and they were accomodating.
The check-in progress is nice and easy.

Cons:

One of the beds is placed directly under the AC which may lead to a cold if one is not careful. Just a minor nitpick though.
No storage rooms for lugagge so.. use the space wisely!

It was perfect for us because our event venue, Mydome was just around the corner about 150 meters walk.
