Pros:

I thought I would never say this but this is one of the few places that I thought the actual room looks bigger than the picture! Family of 4 stayed in a Family twin room on the ground floor. Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. Easy walk to train station and bus station and local shopping malls.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels qu'on a fait au Japon
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute, il y avait plein d'équipements à disposition (surtout la laverie, très pratique). La chambre familiale avec les futons était très spacieuse et confortable. L'emplacement était très pratique pour nous, avec plusieurs arrêts de bus à moins de 10 minutes à pied (et proche de la gare de train aussi). L'hôtel était très calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer après une grosse journée de visite. Il y a quelques restaurants autour et 2 konbinis. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le jour de notre départ. Il y a aussi un super sento pas loin, tenu par une petite mamie (Hinode-yu).

Pros:

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the reception and staff at Madoka Kyoto Station West Hotel. I was welcomed warmly upon arrival and departure.The room was impeccably spotless and the traditional Japanese design and layout is so appealing . The hotel is quiet and provides guests with ultimate relaxation. Total bliss!!!

Mejor Alojamiento en Kioto 🙌
Pros:

Nos encantó el Hotel! La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda tiene una pieza y baño grande, además de un living con tatami que le entrega un ambiente muy tradicional. Es de los mejores hoteles que nos quedamos durante nuestro viaje en Japón.

Cons:

No me gustó que no siempre se ve al staff en la entrada del hotel , y cuando necesitamos dejar las maletas para despacharlas a otro hotel, nos costó contactar al personal, probamos todos los números y demoraron en responder.

Independiente de eso, el personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo.

It is near to the train station, has laundry facilities, the staff are courteous, friendly, helpful and approachable, and luggage delivery pickup is available.

Cons:

As the washers and dryers are relatively small in capacity, the clothing took longer time to dry.
