交通便利步行就可到京都車站，附近有各超商7-11、全家、Lawson，及永旺百貨，住宿環境乾淨且我們連續住宿4晚都沒有聽到吵雜聲（隔音至少這四天覺得很棒），適合在乎睡眠品質的人，櫃檯的服務人員也很熱情，有任何問題或需要幫助的地方都能立即處理

2.而且貼心的有兩種不同枕頭，可以自由更換軟硬枕
3.離京都車站漫步走約10多分鐘可以抵達
4.浴室有浴缸 晚上可以休息泡澡♨️

如果還有要再去京都，這間會是我的首選。
Pros:

我這次是住四人房(兩張床、兩個塌塌米床)，空間非常的大，原本覺得靠近鐵路可能會很嘈雜，入住時櫃檯旁的自取物也準備耳塞，結果入住的這三天兩夜，完全沒有感受到相關的噪音，地理位置也算方便，走路到京都車站約10分鐘左右，往京都車站的路上約5分鐘的路程也有間羅森，整體來說非常方便。

Cons:

這邊的缺點真的很難說，硬要說就是離車站要10分鐘，這樣的路程還是有一點點遠，但是總不能要求每一間旅店都只要一出車站就可以入住吧!
順帶一提，洗衣機只有一台所以入住的旅客要自己記得一下時間，不要忘記拿取害後面要使用的人卡住。
