Everything! The management and all people that works at the hotel were amazing!! They are the best! They go above and beyond! Couldn’t choose a better hotel for my stay!! Loved it!!

房間很大有兩張單人床及一個和式，四個大人入住還很寬敞，四個大行李都還有打開的空間，櫃台很親切盡可能的滿足旅客的需求，一樓有茶水間可以裝茶水，免去了每日買水的開銷，如果忘了帶盥洗用具，一樓大廳有提供滿費的盥洗用具，整體來說很棒的住宿體驗。

Cons:

夏天至京都很熱，住宿的地方離京都車站還是有一些距離，路程大約10~12分鐘左右，路程中間沒有可以遮陰的地方，但還可以接受，如果冬天或秋天去應該很不錯。

Cons:

住宿的地方距車站真的稍有距離，不適合冬日及老幼，每天結束走回去小辛苦🤏🏼。

Absolutely loved it
Pros:

We loved this place – the staff, the rooms, the beds and futons. Everything was great. We were a bit worried about the hotel changing management in between our booking and us arriving, but we were happy when we arrived. The rooms are cosy and modern with the option of sleeping on futons on a tatami mat. The bathroom is modern and well featured. Staff even welcomed our young children with a treat which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the proximity to the station and To-ji temple.

Cons:

The location isn’t that attractive but it’s a short walk to Kyoto Station and some nice restaurants and konbini so it wasn’t that bad!
