綺麗、静かな場所にある、駅すぐ、レストランないけど、コンビニ有ります。
部屋は清潔、ツイン室はゆったり過ごせます。。オーナーさんは優しい方でした。
近くバスを乗ってスペイン村へ直行、とても便利、大変おすすめでした。

古めホテルでしたが、お風呂（ユニットバス）も綺麗でしたし、料金も安かったので不満はありません。
強いて言えば、近くにあまり飲食店がなく、コンビニ（ファミマ）と喫茶店ぽいのがあるだけだったのが不便でした。

駅近で線路の横ですが静かで良かったです。
津波浸水エリアなので地震発生時の避難経路や逃げる方向と避難場所を確認しておくと安心です。

お値段以上の快適さ
Pros:

古いホテルなので全体的に老朽化している部分はしょうがないかと
3ベッドルームに宿泊しましたが広めのお部屋で快適に過ごせました。
エアコンが家庭用のエアコンで左右に風向きを変更する事が出来ず真ん中のベッドに風が直撃状態となる点はマイナスかな。

エアコンが入ってなかったので、エアコンが効いてくるまで部屋が暑かった。冷蔵庫に買ってきた飲み物を入れようとしたら、コンセントが抜いてあったので、こちらもすぐには冷えなかった。せめてチェックイン時間にはコンセントの差し込みと、エアコンも入れておいて欲しいと思いましたが、料金が安いので仕方ないのかな、とも思いました。

タバコの匂いが…
Pros:

タバコの匂いが凄かったです。部屋内外、染み付いているように匂って気持ち悪くなりました。その他はこれと言って大きな不満はありません。奥様？も帰り際に声をかけて頂き不満はありませんでした。
