ホテルの方が親切、お風呂があったこと、朝食が美味しかったこと、スケジュール的に利用できなかったけどウェルカムドリンクサービスがあったこと、新横浜駅が近かったこと、いろんなタイプの枕を自由に選べる貸し出しがあったこと、電気スタンドの貸し出しがあったこと、アメニティが充実していたこと、など良いことづくめのホテルでした！

シンプルだけど満足感あり！
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクや朝食サービス、お風呂などコンパクトながら気遣いサービスがあり満足です。パジャマもバスローブではないため快適でした！アメニティも豊富で助かりました。なにより子供が二段ベッドに大喜びで狭い部屋ながら楽しめました　笑

Cons:

氷が置いてなかったのは残念でしたがこの料金では仕方ないかなと思います。

駅近。清潔。セキュリティ良。Wi-Fi強め

Cons:

コンセントと照明スイッチの距離と位置が縦関係で大きいコンセントだとスイッチに当たってしまい使いづらい。

洗面所にコンセントが無くドライヤーが使えなかった。
