朝食が美味しかった
出る水が、どこも健康イオン水でおいしく飲めた
大浴場の浴槽が想像より広かった
駅近くで便利

Cons:

部屋にトイレ用タオルがない
タバコ臭
大浴場のシャワーが押してないと出ない所があり不快

朝食が美味しく、朝食会場も綺麗で窓際の席は外を見ながら食べられるのでとてもよかった！

Cons:

便器の左側の床に尿のような色の水なのか、本当の尿なのかがあった。
スタッフを呼ぼうとしたが電話もなく面倒なので拭いたが不快だった

立地条件が良くてとても便利でした。
Pros:

スタッフの皆様が親切でした。
ウェルカムドリンク、朝食などのサービスが素晴らしい。
そしてなによりイオン水のシャワーがよかった。

Cons:

トイレが狭すぎて、背の高い旦那は膝をぶつけてました。
頭上のベットの部屋にしたのですが、うっかりして思ったより頭をぶつけてしまいました。

対応が丁寧。トラブル対応にもスムーズで夜間の対応にも優れていた。

Cons:

特にない。朝食の時間が混むことぐらい。QRコードで混み具合の状況を見れるようにしているため特に不便はなかった。
