チャックイン前に荷物を預ける際に対応していただいた方はとても良かったです。朝食は種類も多くて良かったです。

Cons:

ベットと枕が硬い。疲れていたのに寝れなかった。腰が痛くなった。
トイレが狭い。トイレ用にスリッパが欲しい。春休みだったのか料金が前回よりかなり高くなっていて割高に感じた。朝食付きじゃなかったら選ばない。

新横浜駅から近いくて使いやすい
清潔感もあって良かった

立地が良い！
Pros:

駅のロッカーが全て使用中で困って預かりを頼んだら快く預かってくださいました。また、温泉付きや枕が選べたりウェルカムドリンクバーの種類が豊富なのもこよホテルの気に入ってる点です。

Cons:

サニタリーバッグに何かが降りかかっていて血？何かのタレ？ギョッ！！！っとなりました。あれから清掃担当の方、気付いたか心配です。
