Reception opening hours:

From Sunday to Friday, reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 - Saturday 08:00 to 20:00

The reception opening hours may change. Please contact the property before arrival.

Cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens. It is mandatory for all visitors to pay to park outside the resort during their stay.

Prices include: all taxes and charges (except local tax), basic WiFi access (for up to 5 devices for browsing, reading emails and researching), TV, bed linen, towels, 1 cleaning kit (to be left in the apartment) and end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up).

For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

Mooi aan de piste in een vervuild en verouderd appartement

De locatie aan de piste was perfect.

Cons:

Ik was 20 jaar geleden voor het laatst in Val Thorens bij Pierre et Vacance en de sindsdien lijkt er niets aan onderhoud te zijn gedaan. De gangen zijn vervuild, de vloeren kapot en in het trappenhuis op de begane grond stond 20 cm water en stonk het naar urine. Het houtwerk is al jaren niet meer geschilderd en er zitten gaten in de muren. Het appartement was in eenzelfde slechte staat. Kapotte en vieze vloerbedekking, achterstallig schilderwerk, beschadigde deuren en houtwerk. De stalen verouderde liften (met graffiti) naar de appartementen en de piste doen het vaak niet waardoor lange wachttijden tot soms wel 15 minuten tijdens spitsuur. We hadden het gevoel in een verouderd studentenhuis te verblijven. Voor hetzelfde bedrag krijg je in Oostenrijk waar voor je geld (alleen minder sneeuw garantie later in het seizoen).

Pour quelques nuits ça va. L’emplacement est pas mal et le personnel réactif.
