Great location, No AC and parking a large vehicle a huge negative

Gerne wieder. Warum lange suchen, wenn man ein Hotel fand, in welchem wir uns sehr wohl fühlten

Es hat uns von A-Z sehr gut gefallen - Hotel Eden Wellness ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet erfüllte unsere Bedürfnisse voll und ganz. Besonders schön war, das wir immer gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge bekamen. So stellten wir unser Programm fast jeden Tag um und wurden nie enttäuscht. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe beim alten Teil von Zermatt - keine 10 Minuten Fussweg. Die Umgebung war ruhig und wir konnten auch bei offenen Fenster ungestört schlafen. Das Personal war stets sehr höflich und immer für uns da.

Auch auf unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend eingegangen, z.B. Wir hatten vergessen unser Türschild von "Do not disturb" auf "Please clean" zu wechseln. Um 16.00 haben wir gefragt, ob die Zimmer noch gereinigt werden. Die Antwort war: "Eigentlich sind die Zimmerreinigungen schon fertig. Aber kein Problem. In 20 Minuten ist ihr Zimmer gereinigt". Das nenne ich einen erstklassigen Service. Flexibel und auf die Hotelgäste eingehend.

Cons:

Alles war bestens. Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Phänomenal 🩷
Pros:

Zentrale Lage , Wellness, gutes Frühstück, tolles Zimmer und so unfassbar nettes Personal . Wir kommen gerne , gerne wieder . Transport vom Bahnhof zum Hotel durch das Hotel einfach super . Alles Gepäck wurde uns auf die Zimmer gebracht . Wir haben uns wirklich „ königlich“ gefühlt . 🙈

l'emplacement, le petit déjeuner, la piscine intérieure (magnifique), la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

douche et toilettes uniquement séparées de la chambre par une vitre, certes opaque, mais celà manquait un peu d'isolation / d'intimité à mon goût.

Super choice for stay in Zermatt !
Pros:

The rooms are superbly designed, very clean and comfortable, spacious. The staff is great, especially the breakfast women. The location is great, relatively quiet, short walk into main streets. The hotel is luxurious

行前服務人員回覆專業迅速，提供飯店-車站接駁服務。整個住宿期間感受到所有服務人員的溫暖親切問候，隨時主動詢問需要什麼，令人感覺像回到家一般。最重要的是，房間真的太漂亮了！我住宿馬特宏景觀套房，與照片上一模一樣！空間規劃非常用心，放行李箱的空間有2個，浴室有個漂亮的浴缸，還有可以聊天、吃點心的客廳，最重要的是，房間陽台正對著馬特宏峰！只要天氣夠好，隨時隨地都可以欣賞到馬特宏峰壯麗的景色。
如果下次再來，還要選擇入住伊甸園酒店

It’s like being in a Walt Disney film! ( Third Man on the Mountain is my favorite!)
Pros:

Breakfast is always great. We love to start the day there. We look forward to being greeted in the morning with a delicious cup of coffee. The rest of the breakfast offerings just keep getting better. The hotel is in a perfect location near the center of town and the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony is always spectacular. This was our second stay and we can’t wait to be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you.
