行前服務人員回覆專業迅速，提供飯店-車站接駁服務。整個住宿期間感受到所有服務人員的溫暖親切問候，隨時主動詢問需要什麼，令人感覺像回到家一般。最重要的是，房間真的太漂亮了！我住宿馬特宏景觀套房，與照片上一模一樣！空間規劃非常用心，放行李箱的空間有2個，浴室有個漂亮的浴缸，還有可以聊天、吃點心的客廳，最重要的是，房間陽台正對著馬特宏峰！只要天氣夠好，隨時隨地都可以欣賞到馬特宏峰壯麗的景色。
如果下次再來，還要選擇入住伊甸園酒店

It’s like being in a Walt Disney film! ( Third Man on the Mountain is my favorite!)
Pros:

Breakfast is always great. We love to start the day there. We look forward to being greeted in the morning with a delicious cup of coffee. The rest of the breakfast offerings just keep getting better. The hotel is in a perfect location near the center of town and the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony is always spectacular. This was our second stay and we can’t wait to be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you.

Cons:

Once again we have to respond with: “Are you kidding…what’s not to like?!!!

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment très accueillant et au petit soin. Très bel hôtel parfaitement situé. Le petit plus que nous avons apprécié, c'est qu'au petit déjeuner, la table était toujours prête pour notre fils avec sa chaise, un verre adapté à son âge, l'assiette et les services. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.
