FANTASTYCZNY HOTEL, PERSONEL, ZERMATT, STOKI I CAŁY POBYT !!!!
Pros:

Fantastyczny hotel, z super lokalizacją, przyzwoitym SPA, czysty, zadbany i cichy !
Rewelacyjny SKI room !!!!
Super restauracje dookoła w dosłownie kilka kroków.
Wyciągi na Matterhorn czy Sunnegga czy kolejkę Gornergrat to spacer 10 minut nawet w butach narciarskich - poza tym co chwilę kursują skibusy. A dla bardziej rozrzutnych pełno jest eletrychnych busów -> taksówek :).
Najfajniejsza była jednak obsługa - Pani Właścicielka oraz Pani Krystyna !! Super profesojonalne i miłe osoby !!
Personel sprzątający również 1 liga !! :)
P.S. Polecamy pokój z widokiem Deluxe - wystarczająca wielkość na 2 osoby z widokiem zapierającym dech w piersiach :)))

Cons:

Wszystko nam się podobało :) - szkoda tylko, że od razu nie wiedziałem, że na śniadanie można sobie zamówić jajecznicę lub jajka sadzone indywidualnie :))
Nawet zostawienie samochodu w Tasch i dojechanie kolejką nie było problemem - wszystko ma swój wyjątkowy urok !
Infrastruktura jak w całkiem cywilizowanym kraju !! ha ha ha :))))))))) Nie ma się czego bać i o co martwić !!! :)
:))))) Było cudownie :))) Szkoda, że ten tydzień tak szybko minął :((((((((

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Top Lage. Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch und stillvoll eingerichtet; eine gemütliche Lounge. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend; Service auf einem hohen Niveau. Die Sauna und den Pool bieten eine schöne Möglichkeit zur Erholung.

Cons:

Die Sauna erst ab 15 Uhr.

Pros:

Amazing hotel, good location, 10 min walk to Sunegga, shuttle buses down the road. Great spa with a naturist zone. Super friendly staff. Will be going there next year while in Zermatt.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean facilities and excellent location. The room was an excellent size and comfortable.

Cons:

The pillows were slightly uncomfortable and the rooms tended to be too hot at night.
