Super séjour !
Pros:

Chambre moderne, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Hôtel calme, avec un personnel bienveillant et toujours disponible. Emplacement top : proche du centre et des bus pour accéder aux remontées. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Mention spéciale pour le service de transport de la gare à l’hôtel, très pratique. Piscine chauffée agréable après le ski, et eau de source gratuite dans la chambre.

Cons:

Casier à ski un peu petit quand on a beaucoup de matériel. Tarifs élevés, non spécifiques à l’hôtel, mais identiques à toute l'hôtellerie de Zermatt.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and check‑in was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a really nice stay.

Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the common areas felt modern and welcoming. Overall, the whole place had a really good vibe.
