We have always had good experiences at Hampton Inn. They are always clean, friendly and comfortable.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the check in clerk was friendly. It was also nice that the ice maker actually worked on our floor! I have stayed at some hotels and the ice maker would be out of order.

Excellent service, cleaned very well, and the breakfast was honestly delicious!!
Pros:

The facility was very clean. The lady who checked us in was the sweetest. Our daughter lovesss to talk and she interacted so well with her. It made my heart happy. I’d come back just because of the lady at the front desk.

That I didn’t get to stay longer haha, not the property’s fault, it’s my husbands 😂

Great weekend stay!
Pros:

Location was perfect for our stay visiting family in the area. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. Parking was well lit. Coffee was always available in the lobby. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cons:

A/C was a little loud as it cycled on during the night.

I was there less than 24 hours but still had to pay for two full days and the air conditioner would not get the room cold......

Started out horribly but ended up decent. Would stay again but not through Booking.com.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The location is good. The staff was very nice and tried to help where they could, but they were limited since I used Booking.com and didn't book with them directly. The TV was nice and large and they offered DirecTV with HBO. The bathroom was a good size and the shower products they offered were nice.

Cons:

The staff didn't communicate with each other well. I got a different answer from the night staff vs the day staff. Booking.com only reserved very small rooms that are right across from the elevator with only a view of the roof, and the pet policy was not made clear beforehand. I showed up with 3 pets and their policy is 2 pets max for $75 extra, so luckily my brother was able to help out, but otherwise I'd have to cancel and not get refunded since it was booked through a 3rd party. Having pets right across from the noisy elevator made sleeping extremely difficult. The one thing that was getting me through the night was a hot breakfast in the morning, but they ran out of eggs 20 minutes before breakfast was over. Several other people were disappointed they couldn't get eggs also. They said their oven took 25 minutes to warm up and breakfast would be over by then so they didn't plan well. Breakfast from 6a-10a doesn't make sense for people who are not traveling for business. There were lots of smokers near the entrances with some of them being staff members, and the 2nd floor hallway smelled like smoke. There wasn't access to any streaming services which would've been nice.
