Dog Stays - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.

Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure).

Gym Disclaimer - Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. Quirky! Enjoyed it.
Pros:

Great location & view from our room. Nice staff. Coffee shop on site. Comfy beds. Little kitchenette.

Cons:

The room was a bit of a weird shape/layout & had too much furniture in it. But that’s being picky. It’s a cool place to stay.

Scamming theifs
Pros:

I liked Nothing - the reception lied to me multiple times and stole my money

Cons:

They stole money. I paid on booking.com and then they said it was rejected. I showed them the money left my account already and I had to pay again at the reception
I contacted them through booking.com - no reply
I contacted them via telephone - they hung up
They said the pending transaction will be rejected - this did not happen and I knew they were lying because I worked in a bank
They said I will get a refund in the morning once I check out - this did not happen and they still took two payments
And now I cannot contact ANYONE
Id add pictures of the transactions as proof if it didn’t have personal details. Don’t trust this place go somewhere else more reliable

We had a great time at this hotel
Pros:

It was a really cool styled hotel at a great location, right at the Thames River. The rooms were very nicely furnished and the coffee bar was great to grab a coffee or snack. Also the gym was a nice bonus to have in the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom had a weird smell that came back once in a while and it was quite small with not a lot of storage space.

Zentral, nettes Personal, nettes Kaffee dabei

Cons:

Hatten zuerst ein Zimmer ohne jegliches tageslicht, was der Zimmerbeschreibung nicht zu entnehmen war! Personal war aber so freundlich und hat uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben

A great hotel - when the rooms are clean!
Pros:

This is a very comfortable central London hotel with very helpful staff and a nice professional vibe. I've used it before but had some issues this time!

Cons:

As a returning guest to Locke, I was very surprised to find the room was not clean, with an old sock (!) and other debris under the bedside table.

great space in the middle of the city
Pros:

decent room, comfortable bed and living area. great location. staff were lovely !

the view from the window looked on to a wall but the room was on offer so maybe that's why

Helt okay når man blot skal komme og sove kort men ikke et sted man har lyst til at opholde sig videre i

Det var et enkelt vindue på værelset/i lejligheden som vendte mod en mur mindre end 1 meter væk. Vinduet kunne ikke åbnes og med meget dårlig ventilation, blev luften meget tæt og pakket efter en nat med to personer på værelset eller efter et brusebad.

Location, staff and decor.

Cons:

Not having an opening window. None of the properties have a window that opens which, even in cooler weather is rather stifling. It’s not an issue with temperature as there are adequate temperature controls, but no fresh air in the room was unpleasant.

Great hotel in a great spot
Pros:

Well located in the city, easy walk to tube and train stations. Nice walk along the river in either direction and the millennium bridge is right outside your door.

Cons:

Lack of USB points in rooms, no side tables beside the bed, have a CPAP machine and needs to sit beside the bed so that the air tube reaches me. Our TV never worked after reporting this 3 times did get a complementary breakfast (which was awesome by the way).
