We will definitely go back.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and helpful. They kept my luggage as I came in very early. Our studio/room had everything we needed, and the beds were amazing. The kitchenette facilities were awesome; we made our breakfast every day. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, and we never heard noise from outside. The location is perfect with access to multiple railway lines, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, and sightseeing locations just minutes away on foot. Amenities and security measures were adequate

Cons:

1. Provide English instructions for the microwave/oven and washer. I only knew what to do because I live in Japan. Someone new to Japan would be confused.
2. Maybe 2 chairs would be better since most times it's 2 or more people per stay.
3. Get a bin that we can open with our foot in the kitchen. I don't like touching the bin when I am cooking.

Hotel excelente con personal amable y servicial
Pros:

Excelente ubicación y servicio. Lo encontramos a última hora un día en que cortaron carreteras para ir de Odowara a Hakone y nos fue imposible encontrar alojamiento más cerca.
Llegamos cansados y realmente el hotel fue un bálsamo para un día agitado.
Todo funcionó perfectamente y está al lado de una parada de metro.
