We had a great stay.
Pros:

It was very convenient for our travels on 81. We appreciated the friendly receptionist s. The room was very clean and the perfect size for our family. And the breakfast included was fabulous.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the proximity to 81 made for a noisy evening of sleep.

the on ram with traffic at night is unbearable. Especially with the Motorcycle.

Very uncomfortable. So many issues. Will not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient.

Spare bed was broken
Mattress down to coils and squeaked terribly
Tub wouldn’t drain so had to wait 15-20 min between showers
No spare bedding
Not enough towels
AC rattled and made terrible noise

Excellent location but facilities incomplete - no pool available though listing advertised one.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi reliable, location excellent for our purposes, and breakfast was pleasant.

Cons:

I had booked this hotel because it had a pool, and the kids wanted to be able to swim. There was no indication that the pool was out of commission when I booked, and no compensation for false and misleading advertising. Quite disappointing on a family vacation.

Excellent and clean and easy to find.
Pros:

Close to family and not in a congested area. High truck traffic because of warehousing and entrance to I81 but this didn’t bother us in any way.

Awesome… will be back again
Pros:

The whole facility exceeded my expectations and I was very surprised at the value for what we got! The staff were amazing, especially Dillon and Bill…very personable and accommodating.
