Exceeds expectations
Pros:

This was the perfect hotel for our stay. The pool area was super clean and the water was warm enough the hot tub was an absolute plus. The breakfast was super delicious and well organized, area was also clean and neat. The staff was amazing, they not only help us by giving us directions to our rooms and the parking lot but they made sure we were doing well. The lady helping at the breakfast bar was very kind, amiable and helpful. She made sure we got the best out of our experience. What a wonderful stay.

Pros:

24/7 pool/hot tub, clean place and loved the parking garage with the elevators.

Cons:

Paid extra money to have the “city view” and got a room facing the hospital. We were very disappointed with that. We would definitely stay again but would not pay for the better rooms.

Good value for the money.
Pros:

The hotel over all was very clean. Our room on the top floor was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning had a good variety of things to choose from. We will definitely stay again if we are in the Spokane area.

Amazing place to stay in Spokane, WA
Pros:

We liked the breakfast and the room, which was cozy and clean. The staff are very helpful. I prefer them over other paces in Spokane

Cons:

Only the parking is little bit difficult due to position of the hotel.

That there was a parking garage to keep your car out of the elements

Cons:

You’re on the super steep hill. There’s no coffee shops or little stores around. It’s just not very convenient for it to be a downtown hotel.
