Nothing special about my stay.
Pros:

Great location in relation to where I needed to be while I was in Spartanburg.

Cons:

Had an issue with one of the tv’s in my room which I brought up to the staff, and it was completely ignored. Also the pillows were much too thin/soft for my liking but that’s more of a personal issue.

Love the place and want to go back there in the future
Pros:

Grate location and nicely set up rooms

Cons:

The room sevice didnt go around as much as I thought they should but i never ran out of the stuff they replenish ex. Toilet paper and other things.

Nice hotel-could do better on the service!
Pros:

Big rooms.

Cons:

1. Stayed for three nights-the room was only serviced once.
2. Asked for the sofa bed to be made up…was told there were sheets in the cupboard and that I could do it myself!
3. The breakfast was great on day 1, but on day 2 they seemed short-staffed and it took more than half an hour to place our order, and when it arrived it was missing certain elements.
