Pros:

Super comfortable room, very modern. The location is the best. Very clean and organised.

Cons:

The ac couldn’t be adjusted because of central settings and the room was very cold 20 degrees.

Everything was really good. Highly professional employees at the reception. Clean, quiet, and comfortable stay as always.

Cons:

The attitude of some breakfast staff can feel quite unwelcoming when guests arrive 30 minutes before the designated breakfast closing time. Unfortunately, this happened to us on two separate occasions during two different stays.

During our last stay, we also waited for about five minutes at the entrance for someone to assist us with seating. We were completely ignored, and after we eventually found a table ourselves and started eating, a staff member came over and asked us to move to another table because the table we were sitting at had already been prepared for lunch (at 10:40 AM!!!). This was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable behavior, especially considering that we had been left waiting without any assistance in the first place.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location – beautiful rooms, wonderful staff. Highly recommended!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect, with very convenient parking, and the room was spacious, luxurious, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with great amenities. The staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety and plenty of choice. Overall, fantastic value for money. Whether you’re in The Hague for business or a weekend away, we would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Tolles Hotel, fussläufig mitten im schönsten Teil Den Haags, dennoch ruhig
Pros:

Beste Lage und Ausstattung der Zimmer. Schöner Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Sehr kalt beim Frühstücken. Recht langsam beim Auffüllen des Buffets. (Für Natur Joghurt zum Beispiel 20 Minuten;-)

Schönes Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, schöne große Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Leider konnte man die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich einstellen, sodass es im Zimmer immer zu kalt war. Der einzige "Trick" war es, ein Fenster zu öffnen, damit die Klimaanlage weniger kühlt.
