The room was very nice/clean/pretty, although smaller than we would’ve expected… and there is not enough lighting in the room.
The bed was amazing… the sheets and comforter were so soft/comfortable. We definitely got a good night’s sleep. Was even hoping to speak with someone to find out where you get them, in case it is something I would be able to purchase.

Cons:

Breakfast:
There was no utensil/spoon for the scrambled eggs, no tongs for the muffins or bagels… and we couldn’t get the juice machine to work (found out later that it had not been plugged in). No lighting at all over the breakfast, very dark.
Check out:
There was no one at the front desk when we went down for breakfast/to check out. When my husband found the young man, he told us he couldn’t check us out, that it would have to be the night shift. We didn’t know what that meant, so had to leave without checking out, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Layout was good, front desk staff were all outstanding, friendly, helpful…
Location for us was good.

Cons:

No microwave in the room was a bummer. No hot tub/ jacuuzzi in the pool room, also a bummer and the pool was described as being heated, it was not warm enough at all. The floors in the room, bathroom and the pool room were not very clean. The breakfast wasn’t great. I thought maybe since It was a Best Western and the charge for the room is more than some other National chains, the breakfast would be good but variety and content were subpar, only one of the juices were available, there was gravy for Biscuits and gravy but no biscuits by 7:15 when I went to breakfast.

A nice clean hotel.
Pros:

We booked last minute while in the car on the way there. We traveled with a pet, so we had to find a place that accepted those. The front desk individual was excellent, super friendly, and very understanding!

Cons:

It was a bit loud in the hallways through 11p.
