The bed was very comfortable, we slept well.
The breakfast was decent.
The property was in a good location , but the entrance was a little tricky due to the round -about . The room conditions were okay . But the
Coverlets on the beds needed to be washed .

The staff was pretty much non existent . We did see staff at desk during checkin , but after that , no staff anywhere to be found - at front desk , breakfast area , etc .. Also bad electrical outlets in
both rooms we stayed in on our two visits .
Hairdryer provided in rooms are stationary and have only a approx . 12 inch cord or less that would not reach an outlet next to the bathroom mirror . and
none of the outlets would work except the ones
that were not convenient to plug in devices .
Walker was very kind and heloful.

Tv did not work. Window treatments continued to break. Noise when flushed toluet

When I got there, there was a wedding party also arriving and a notice at the front desk informing guests that there would be an event and music in the lobby from 6-9 pm, sorry for the inconvenience - what?!!! This is not an event/conference type hotel, so all the public space, lobby, etc.. was crowded with party goers from the moment I arrived and I was woken up by loud people in the hallway between 12 and 2 am. Not good!
Also, I chose this hotel partly from a search for pet-friendly hotels. I am glad I didn't end up bringing my dog - we would've had to walk through that crowd every time we went in and out and there were no designated pet areas that I saw or safe places to walk in this retail super center
This is a great place to stay; we stayed there twice during our visit at Sioux Falls. You're welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Keep up the great customer service!!

The staff was extremely helpful. I forgot something expensive in our room when we left. I called and they held it for me until we came back through Sioux Falls to pick it up a few days later. The room was small but very clean and breakfast had a good variety.
It's not the hotel's fault necessarily, but street racers circled the hotel all night. We were hoping that since we picked a hotel away from the interstate it would be a lot quieter than it was. The disruption might be why I forgot something in the room, which I've never done before.
Room was nice and I liked that the floor was not carpeted, which is great for having pet(s).Breakfast was nice and kept up.

Barn doors on bathroom reduce privacy
It seemed very clean and new. Great decor.
The shades didn’t work so they were stuck down the entire time as they were electric. The AC wasn’t working correctly. The door to enter the room was very hard to open and shut. Any child or senior i guarantee will not be able to open the door to my room. You had to basically throw a shoulder into the door to open or close it. Then at 8am the fire alarms went off and no staff came to tell any guests that it was a false alarm even when guests were looking around for help the staff was found just walking away with their hands over their ears and the construction guy had to be the one to tell us it was a false alarm. Very disappointed. Also the bathroom has two sliding barn style doors to enter it and they don’t seal so it’s very lacking of privacy. I would not stay there again.

Property is having alot of issues with roofs leaking and rooms with water damage on the wall.
Breakfast was wonderful, buffet area was clean and well stocked, pool was fabulous, loved the showers vs the usual tubs, beds very comfortable
Missed a chair to relax in, ottoman but no chair, coffee maker didn't work so left a note for the staff
