nice rooms - clean hotel - plenty of parking
Pros:

breakfast was ok - no pancakes or waffles, no biscuits and gravy... but there was enough choie since we are not big breakfast eaters

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

Wonderful new hotel on a lake. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. I took a video of the hotel and room.

Great hotel, affordable, comfortable, quiet, awesome breakfast. Recommend.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Hotel room was exactly what I needed. Very quiet and clean. Restaurant staff was super helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Finding a patio and a beach on the backside of the hotel was a bonus!

Cons:

I interacted with 3 different front desk people. One person was awesome, very personable and helpful. The other two were standoff-ish, made me feel like I was bothering them, answered my questions and were helpful but were just giving me "whatever..." vibes. It felt awkward.

Breakfast choices and quality of food was very good.
The hotel location was close to family friendly evening meal options.
The lake offers a lovely view, and the walking path around the lake is great for a morning walk.
Three generations of our family, from age 9 years to age 72 years, enjoyed staying at Hyatt Place.

Such an enjoyable stay at your exceptional property. New, spotlessly clean, great staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic. Eggs, bacon/sausage, fruit, yogurt, waffles, milk, coffee and juices. Every item was delicious. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had which was included with a hotel stay. Loved everything about your hotel. Well done!

Cons:

I actually could not think of a single thing that you could have done better.

Pros:

Entire facility seemed clean and orderly. Great feel walking into it. The staff was prompt and efficient. We were so tired from long miles on the road. Awesome clean rooms, linens and towels fresh and welcoming. The AC in the room was excellent. The bed was fabulous.

Great view, Jonah is a great customer service asset. About 15 minutes from the falls.
Pros:

Excellent location with a small lake behind the property, close to shopping and a few restaurants although they do have a bar and a small menu with outdoor seating overlooking the lake. Jonah does an excellent job working the front desk for afternoon check in and double duty working the bar and restaurant. He alone made our stay memorable. Jonah is a real asset for this location.

Not a bad place to hang your hat for a night.
Pros:

The pool was a bit small and we had noisy upstairs and next door neighbors - totally understandable in a hotel setting. Breakfast was a hit. Loved the area.
