Beautiful property and nice room.

Cons:

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. Woke up multiple times with my hips hurting because the bed was so hard.

We're torn between Hilton and Embassy Suites Hilton.
Pros:

We were not offered Amex free breakfast, so we ate elsewhere.

Cons:

Inconsistent maid service. No decaf coffee in the room or free coffee anywhere.

You guys are awesome
Pros:

Did not get a chance to eat breakfast but it did look refreshing
My next stay I most definitely would have the breakfast

Cons:

Well honestly I think the staff could have been a little better and by that I mean this guy was a little rude, he came out on the bacany and said the cigarette smoke was getting into people rooms that didn't make any sense but we did respect his wishes

Room size and amenities were great. Restaurant food was fantastic mostly.

Cons:

Usually the bedding is crisp and flat. Someone had been sitting on the bed before I went in there.
The nightstand was dirty
The tv didn’t work even w the engineer trying to fix it.
