Guest service and accessibility was the best part of our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The variety was perfect. The location is more so why we chose TRU. No more than 5 min to get to any location we needed to get to.

Pros:

Property was nice.Breakfast good. Water pressure was nice in the shower.

Cons:

No coffee machine and the pillows were beat and beds weren't the most comfortable. Place was clean just wore out.

Pros:

The room was clean and the folks working were very pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

We were disappointed in no coffee maker and microwave in the room and if we wanted coffee or to heat something up we had to go downstairs to do it.

So happy we chose this hotel!
Pros:

I had never stated in a Tru Hotel by Hilton. I booked us a room there. Trying to find the hotel, my GPS got us lost. I called the hotel and Noah, an employee gave me great directions and we found the hotel. Our room was very nice, and comfortable. The hotel is very family friendly. They have a pool table and other games in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. Their indoor pool was crystal clear and enjoyable. I went to the desk and asked for food delivery places to our hotel. Emily, another helpful employee, gave me recommendations. She also brought me a blanket to our room. Their breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from. All tasty and delicious.
I will highly recommend this hotel. The staff, the amenities, the breakfast all exceeded my expectations.

Overall, I would give our stay 9.5/10 and not 10/10 only because of the pillows.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Shoutout to Kaylee, who was such a blessing helping us get checked in early after a long plane ride. All the employees we encountered were very helpful and friendly. I loved the downstairs area for hanging out. The amenities were great.

Cons:

I thought the pillows were awful, way too flimsy for my own personal liking.
