Very fun place to stay with games in lobby!!!!
The rooms were very clean, the pool was also very clean, grandchildren loved it. Breakfast - there were issues with the pancake machines but otherwise the other food was good.
I didn't see anything I didn't like. The hotel was beautiful and served our needs. The location excellent as it was close to everything in the Vallley.
Clean and enjoyed our stay. This property must be fairly new opening.
The pool area was so strong with chlorine that we couldn’t enjoy. And my eyes burned until the next day.
Clean and had lots of games available in lobby, very family friendly. Pool was warm and fun!
The continental breakfast was not very good. We couldn’t eat any of our food. Everything had a rubbery texture to it and just tasted kind of old. Was very disappointed
I lost my purse with my license and debit card on our road-trip for my daughter to tour a college. Huge bummer and hassle, but other hotels we stayed at along the way were understanding of my unfortunate predicament and allowed me to use a picture of my expired license that my husband texted from home and my daughters’ current license (for verification that both had the same home address, etc) even though she is 17. The front desk worker at Tru by Hilton in Spokane was extremely curt and rude, said that she could only check us in if the reservation was in my daughter’s name, even though she is 17. We changed the name through booking.com while there in the lobby, but she said it didn’t show up on her computer system with another curt “sorry”. We waiting on hold to speak to a booking.com rep for 20 minutes- that rep called the front desk then to try to remedy the situation, and we watched the Hilton employee speak to him over the phone rudely. She (Hilton worker) told us there was nothing she could do, that we we could be refunded for the nights stay - all relayed as if we were a complete bother to her. At least a simple “let me help you figure out where else in town is safe to try to make a reservation” could have helped. Her demeanor left such a sour taste anger a long day of driving. We ended up staying at a nearby LaQuinta, which wasn’t as nice as the lobby of the Tru Hilton, but the staff at La Quinta were so kind and accommodating, and that made all the difference!
Breakfast was good compared to other hotels
My greeting on the tv was a hit!-----I took a picture to show my wife!
The games in the lobby were great! The outdoor fire pit is a nice addition!
We always go out of our way to stay at this hotel if we decide to visit anywhere between Spokane and CDA for any reason. It has exactly what you need, the pool, the fun lobby, the breakfast, it's clean, the rooms are well designed.
We were surprised by the construction going on in the lobby, which took away from our experience a bit. I wrote as much in the review directly on the Tru website, and the owner himself called to apologize for the inconvenience, with words only.
The hotel is great. Exceptional service.
After a long day on the road, we sadly had very noisy people above us all night, with the small children running around. We called the front desk, and they quieted down for a little bit. But then started again.
Breakfast was excellent. The facility was very clean and comfortable. My grandsons loved the pool and the pool table..
The price was a bit steep.
It was a nice to have the outside fireplace and games in the lobby.
Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean room.
A microwave in room
