The housekeeper Raju Mondal served me very well. Cleanliness and all the services was excellent.

Had an absolutely wonderful staycation at Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata. The overall experience was excellent, from the warm and attentive staff to the beautifully maintained, top-notch rooms.
What truly stood out was the personalised service. My room was customised exactly as requested, and the team managed to arrange everything within a very short time. The ambience was lovely, and the housekeeping service was prompt, efficient, and thoughtful.
A heartfelt thanks to Sudipta (Housekeeping Manager), Raju (Housekeeping Associate), and Sarnali (Housekeeping Executive) for going above and beyond to accommodate all my requirements and making the stay so comfortable and memorable.
It’s the attention to detail and genuine hospitality that make a stay special, and the team at Fairfield certainly delivered. Highly recommended for a relaxing and personalised staycation!
The stay was very good. I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The breakfast buffet spread is great with live counters giving you all kind of calmness to your cravings. The hospitality is also very warm.

This was my third stay at Fairfield by Marriott, and once again, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. What really stands out is the warm hospitality, friendly staff, and the genuine effort everyone makes to go out of their way to help.
A special mention to the leadership under Somosubhra Mukherjee (Manager). His leadership clearly reflects in the service and overall experience at the hotel. Avirup Ghosh at the front desk was also extremely helpful, courteous, and always willing to assist.
And then there is Kava - the food is simply outstanding. Every dish we tried was excellent, whether at breakfast or dinner. Kudos to Chef Ganesh, Chef Giri, and Chef Bubai for consistently putting out such wonderful food.
A special shout-out to Mithun at Kava. His service was awesome - attentive, proactive, and always on top of things. He really made our dining experience even better.
Overall, another excellent stay. The combination of great hospitality, wonderful food, and genuinely caring staff makes Fairfield feel more like a place we look forward to returning to rather than just another hotel.
