The breakfast had excellent choices. However the best is the staff behavior and courtesy extended to us during our stay, specially Ms. Anushka at the Kava Restaurant, who went extra miles to make us comfortable and took very good care of us.
We booked for an Executive Queen Room. The room size is not exactly what we expected. Also the amenities inside room is not of a 4 star hotel property. What is shown in the picture of the hotel site was not there. The chair did not have the backrest cushion. The other work chair had it's wheels missing. TV remote was missing. No closed wardrobe, no room slippers. Inside bathroom, no shower head, only an adjustable telephone shower. Only Bar soap is available on request, nothing about bath soap. No place / soap holder to keep the soap inside shower cubicle either. Inside bathroom the towel hook placed in a very inconvenient place (just above the commode). This hotel is best called a budget business hotel.
We a group of 3 checked in to this property from 28.05.26 to 30.06.26 and were staying in Room number 410. The check in was quite smooth and the room was tastefully designed with clean and spotless linen. The washroom maintenance was slightly on a negative scale which the management needs to look. The morning breakfast spread was good but the taste of Indian breakfast needs to be checked. The best thing about this property is that the management has given appointment to few staffs those who are differently able .
The location and view were good.
The food was disastrous. They served cold dinner for in-room dining. The naan was tougher than a leather belt. The sodas were not balanced and completely off. They charged me 2k for food that isn't even worth ₹200. I am never coming back here and I strongly recommend others to not stay here.
The staff did not even make an attempt to correct this and rather wanted me to visit again for the experience.
There was no pool for use.
