Comfort Suites Grand Island South

Room was nice and large. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not good. They did not do well refilling items and everything that was supposed to be hot was cold.

Friendly staff, safe area, clean room. Great breakfast selections.

Great property. New and well maintained.

Staff were friendly. The hotel room appeared dingy, the sofa fabric soiled, I got a bug bite after sitting on it for 25 minutes. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not.

Electricity went off 3 times in Room 217 -- and the desk person basically said, "yeah the breakers are getting old" so he reset them THREE times. Sooo we did use hair dryer, or bathroom fan and tried to only turn on a few lights after the 3rd time. TOTALLY ridiculous. Needless to say we didn't even stay there the 2nd nite (in King bed) room.

I checked into this hotel with my family after a long time on the road driving, I had two rooms reserved. Upon entering the rooms I had that ick vibe. After about ten minutes

The gym is functionally not usable for cardio. Every 5 minutes the lights go out and the AC shuts off. I checked the amenities before I chose this hotel, but while there is a treadmill you can only run in a dark 85 degree room

The only thing we weren't happy with is that I had booked from the 800 number and My husband is a Vet and we asked for a Military discount and it was cheaper than we had found any where else so we booked it and then We arrived and was asked for our military orders was the only way to get the military discount we had to be on an assignment they stated and that is not what we were told but they would not honor our price and at this time we were needing the room to get ready for the Family Reunion so we paid the price for the two nights which we could of stayed but to late to change . I felt they should of honoered the price we were signed up for.

Very nice hotel, staff was always friendly and helpful. It was very clean, location was convenient. Overall it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The Comfort Suite was very clean, comfortable, and friendly! I don’t like to travel because I never think the rooms are clean, but from the moment I walked in the doors I was impressed with the smell of clean fresh air. There is no smoking allowed in the hotel and I have asthma so I really appreciated their clean air policy. I will stay here again because of how well it is maintained and the cleanliness of the hotel, in fact it felt like home because I felt safe and their was lots of lighting in the parking lot and the lobby. Great Job! I would travel more if all the hotels were like this one!! Sincerely, LDixon

The rooms were comfortable (I had to be moved in the night when a rowdy group took over the 4th floor and nobody could sleep).

The staff here was really nice and did their best to quell the chaos of the group who were yelling, running and banging the walls on the 4th floor and breakfast room.

The breakfast here is nearly inedible; the variety is very limited, the food is poor quality and cheap. The eggs in the “omelette” were bland and gross and the “cheese whiz” inside was like wet flour. The yogurt is garbage and just thickened sugar. The sausage had a bad flavor. They also weren’t refilling the breakfast bar 1 hour before service ended.

The coffee was good.

Check in was simple and the staff was incredibly kind. Room was clean, and beds were comfortable.

The property was very clean with comfortable beds and great staff.

We stayed in a suite which had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa wasn’t good but the couch could be slept on and it was nice. Breakfast was really good

I needed a room in a pinch and they delivered! Very clean and good breakfast.

The shower was nice and spacious with great water pressure. The staff was great at check in and a good breakfast selection.
