Second year staying at this hotel and will again next year when I come up again.
Pros:

Staff was polite and helped me get a ground room floor. Over all hotel and my room were very clean

Cons:

Second time staying here and the breakfast is not great, mostly bread, muffins, waffles and cereal. Said breakfast would be ready at 6 and it was ready earlier, which helped me, as I needed to leave early each morning.

We came for a trade show, we had a large pkg delivered and the manager Julien denied receiving it
Cons:

Turns out girl at front had given it to another company .. almost ruined our trip(10k) thankfully the other company brought it back next day no apologies just .. ‘ not our responsibility’!

Nice stay. Breakfast was the only area that could use some improvement.

Pros:

I think they were short staffed when we stayed. We had no trash pick any day and the breakfasts were the same all days and barely hot. Staff did the best they could, I think.
