The room was clean and all good but the hallways and entry way were dirty. Staff was friendly.

how nice it was, color selection, modern

Cons:

the restroom, constantly wet because of the shower flooding. no flat iron had to go ask. Heater not working, had to go get blankets myself, no cleaning service, breakfast was not good ended an hour earlier than they had said. When checking in front desk didnt explain amenities beds are not queen they are very small

The cost and location were perfect for my needs.

Cons:

I received multiple emails and texts asking me to check in early using the link provided, but when my daughter and I arrived we were told we couldn’t check in until 8 PM because housekeeping hadn’t come in and the front desk had to clean the rooms themselves. I understand things happen, but the early check-in notifications shouldn’t have been sent and guests should have been notified of the delay. It also would have been helpful if the hotel had offered to hold our belongings and place them in the room once it was ready. Frustrating to pay full price for a room we could only use for about two-thirds of the time.

Second year staying at this hotel and will again next year when I come up again.
Pros:

Staff was polite and helped me get a ground room floor. Over all hotel and my room were very clean

Cons:

Second time staying here and the breakfast is not great, mostly bread, muffins, waffles and cereal. Said breakfast would be ready at 6 and it was ready earlier, which helped me, as I needed to leave early each morning.
