Pros:

Your girl at the desk Amy helped me with another room n to move my things because there was no electricity in the first room 301n I was having issues with the TV as well....

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like....

Comfortable but no housekeeping
Pros:

Easy parking, quick check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast had a lot of pre packaged options, sausage, boiled eggs, waffles Even though we were there 4 nights, our room was never once serviced. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Sign in room said serviced every three days. When mentioned at check out, they just said sorry.

Used to be a good place to stay as we have year after year and it was very disappointing to see how the facilities were

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible and very questionable to eat. Room door barely latched bathroom door latch was broken. Hotel was run down with no maintenance delt with.

The room was clean and all good but the hallways and entry way were dirty. Staff was friendly.

beds are too small, not queen like advertised. no service to hotel

how nice it was, color selection, modern

Cons:

the restroom, constantly wet because of the shower flooding. no flat iron had to go ask. Heater not working, had to go get blankets myself, no cleaning service, breakfast was not good ended an hour earlier than they had said. When checking in front desk didnt explain amenities beds are not queen they are very small

The cost and location were perfect for my needs.

Cons:

I received multiple emails and texts asking me to check in early using the link provided, but when my daughter and I arrived we were told we couldn’t check in until 8 PM because housekeeping hadn’t come in and the front desk had to clean the rooms themselves. I understand things happen, but the early check-in notifications shouldn’t have been sent and guests should have been notified of the delay. It also would have been helpful if the hotel had offered to hold our belongings and place them in the room once it was ready. Frustrating to pay full price for a room we could only use for about two-thirds of the time.
