A környezet gyönyörű, a wellness tower szuper jó.

Cons:

A konyha nem volt jól felszerelés, a tv nem működött, de segítőkészek voltak, utolsó nap már jó volt.

Für den Preis war mir persönlich das Zimmer zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Der Wellness-Tower ist neu und wunderschön. Dort werden keine Wünsche unerfüllt bleiben.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war SEHR alt, aber wir hatten Blick auf die Berge.

A reggeli finom volt, kellően választékos, normális gyümölcslé, füstölt lazac, finom camambert és sonkák, pékáruk.

A wellness részleg nagyon igényes és design-os, finom koktélokat is lehet fogyasztani, 3 szintes, sok dupla pihenőággyal, szép kilátás minden irányban, a szauna extra nagy és jól felfűtött.

Cons:

Külön apartmanházban voltunk - nem a főépületben -, ahol klíma nem volt, de esti szellőztetéssel a nagy hőség ellenére is jó benti hőmérséklet lett, így viszont picit behallatszott a reggeli autósforgalom. Este azonban teljes csend volt.

Für eine Nacht am Fernpass gelegenes Übernachungshotel

Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad mit Saunen- extrem neu und klasse

Cons:

Schlechte Buchungsabwicklung. Erste Nacht nicht die zugesicherte Ferienwohnung bekommen, mussten am zweiten Tag umziehen. Zugesicherter Koffertransfer vom Hotel ins andere Zimmer- Nicht erfolgt ! Zumal wir erst nach Nachfragen ob es das richtige Zimmer sei eine Antwort bekommen haben- Sorry geht garnicht.
Personal sehr schlecht geschult, kaum Sprachlich in der Lage zu Antworten.
Kellner legte nicht verzehrte Brötchen des Gastes mit nackten Händen wieder in den Korb des Frühstücksbuffet. No Go !

Das Personal ist absolut auf Zufriedenheit des Urlauber aus! Total hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, einfach super!!!
Der Wellnessbereich mit den verschiedenen Pools und der gigantischen Aussicht, einfach Perfekt!
Das dazugehörige Restaurant, hat für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel etwas dabei und geschmacklich echt mega lecker!
Danke für diesen super netten Aufenthalt!

Pros:

Heerlijke wellness echt top. Wij hadden ook een hele leuke Aufgussmeister (saunameester). Die deed het echt met passie. Kamers zijn wat gedateerd. Maar prima en schoon. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Veel keuze.
