Michelle and her staff were very friendly and welcoming will definitely be back again

Meh!
Pros:

Nobody was available when we left at nearly 8.30am

Cons:

We were charged for a deluxe quadruple room and only had a deluxe double. This meant we paid over double what we should have. Also, wr think we woke yhe manager at after 8am to tell them where we had had to leave the key cos nobody was around.
Bed was also creaky as all hell. Kept me awake most of the night.

Room was cold as bed was right up against the only radiator in the room. No heating in the bathroom at all.

Cons:

My husband and I visited the hotel in October, it was very cold in the room at night, our room was located under the roof even though I booked a triple room. Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer in the room, which I really needed. There is no wardrobe, which is also not convenient.
