My stay was 10/10 and I’ll come back again!

The parking is great , the lobby clean , the rooms are clean , spacious, I love the kitchenette!

the bed sheets were dirty, smoke detectors was covered with plastic bag.
Pros:

I didn’t had the chance to have breakfast. But I did liked the location of the hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the suites were no smoking rooms but for some reason it still smelled of weed, on top of that the hallway and the elevator smelled of weed which didn’t made sense to me since there a signs of no smoking on it.

Pros:

the property was clean and good value for money.

Cons:

the manager is horrible. the staff did not check me in after i extended and there was no manager all day to speak with. Saturday the manager came at 3 and screamed at me and was ghetto and rude. she did want to accept any responsibility and basically said i couldn't stay there even though i tried showing my recite. Very very unprofessional and rude. she takes money under the table and needs to be investigated. I was there for 2 weeks and this was the only day and i cannot believe how she talked to the consumer.

Pros:

The location was perfect for work especially during the snow storm.

Cons:

Staff were totally unfriendly. Not even a hello. Good morning, nor how was your stay. Also you need to empty your own trash cans in your room. That's a first for me.
