The location was perfect for work especially during the snow storm.

Cons:

Staff were totally unfriendly. Not even a hello. Good morning, nor how was your stay. Also you need to empty your own trash cans in your room. That's a first for me.

Cons:

I stayed in room 334 and the resident in 434 was making noise all night. I complained to the front desk and they moved my room. However, the guest in 422 made noise all night. The shower in the room had black marks in the bottom of the shower. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel and booking. Com for recommending this hotel.

Pros:

Nothing the room was bare and the bed was very uncomfortable two pillows the sheet's dirty.

Cons:

They had nothing not even a little bar of soap to wash your hands not even a tissue to blow your nose. Two towels done.

No meal plan/Kitchen facilities ✔️

Cons:

Someone set off the smoke alarm during my stay. Burning food. I was startled out of bed and had to evacuate for a short time. My hallway was smoke filled and the fire department had to come clear the building for re-entry.
